Chapter 829 Entering the Space
Sebastian’s voice cut through the room like a blade of ice. “Everyone, get out
The medical staff took one look at the man’s frigid, commanding gaze, swallowed their protests, and hurried out of the operating theater,
Lillian walked to the surgical table. She looked down at the old man. His eyes were tightly shut, his face was ash–white and devoid of any color, and he lay perfectly still.
“No, Master. You can’t die. I won’t let you die. You promised me we’d return to Wyvern Hill together. You can’t leave me behind,” Lillian whispered to herself. Without hesitation, she reached out and disconnected the ventilator.
Sebastian lunged forward, his voice sharp with concern. “Lillian, what are you doing?”
Lillian looked at him, her expression hauntingly calm. “I am going to save him. I won’t let him leave me like this.
As soon as she finished speaking, she grasped the old man’s hands. In the blink of an eye, they both vanished from the table.
Sebastian stood frozen, his eyes widening in pure shock. Although he was aware that Lillian possessed secrets, witnessing such an impossible feat left him speechless.
He snapped back to reality seconds later. Glancing around the operating room to ensure they were alone, he pulled out his phone and dialed a number. “Foster,” he said, his voice dropping to a low, cold growl. “Destroy every second of surveillance footage from this hospital immediately. “But he seems to have reached his absolute limit Blue said hesitantly. “Can he truly be
saved?”
“He will be,” Lillian said firmly. “Regardless of the cost or the method, I will bring him back. He was hurt because of me, and I will not let him slip away.”
Seeing the unwavering determination in her eyes, Blue asked, “Do you need my help?”
Lillian shook her head. “No. Just keep a constant watch on his vitals. I’ll handle the rest.” She hurried toward the medicinal garden, returning moments later with a handful of rare herbs.
Blue stared at the plants in her hands. “Are you going to use the Mulberry Fire–Fly grass to sustain him?”
