"Yes," Ivy replied softly. "When would you be available?"

"How about tomorrow? I happen to have some free time. I will send you the address," Jeremy suggested smoothly.

The very moment she set her phone down, a massive wave of nervous energy washed completely over her. She took a deep breath, forcing herself to calm down. This was the absolute best possible opportunity. Even if things did not work out, she would not have any regrets.

So, the following day, Ivy did not accompany Willa to the university. Instead, she arrived early at the address Jeremy had provided, which was a quaint coffee shop.

She chose a comfortable window seat, resting her gaze on the pedestrians bustling past the glass as she waited quietly.

About ten minutes later, a sleek black sedan pulled smoothly to the curb. A tall, impeccably dressed figure stepped out. He wore a stylish camel coat over a dark grey cashmere sweater. His towering frame, composed demeanor, and incredibly striking features made him utterly impossible to ignore.

Ivy watched him carefully through the clear glass. Even after some time apart, he had not changed at all. His features were warm and refined, completely free of any lingering sorrow. It was as if absolutely nothing bad had ever happened to him.

"Sure," Ivy agreed. She then lifted the bag onto the table and handed it to him. "This is from Heather."
