The Impossible Divorce novel Chapter 8

Sophia was uneasy about the possibility of her pregnancy. She was restless and had yet to clear her mind and calm down, but the uninvited guest arrived first.

Chloe carried a suitcase and arrogantly pushed open the door of the villa.

Sophia looked at her blankly. She didn't expect that Brady's words about wanting this woman to move here were actually true.

Chloe pushed the suitcase to Sophia's feet and said with an arrogant smile, "Go upstairs to the bedroom and settle my luggage."

Sophia looked at her calmly and did not move immediately. The fingers on her knees tightened tightly.

What was this?

Brady usually humiliated her at home, but now, did he still want to condone a shameless lover to bully her?

How much did he hate her?

Chloe looked down at Sophia arrogantly and crossed her arms. "Sophia, I was called by Brady! He told you to serve me like a servant. If I feel a little dissatisfied and unhappy, he will come back and trouble you!" Chloe looked down at Sophia arrogantly.

Sophia's heart ached and her face turned pale.

Instead, the fingers on her knees slowly loosened, and her eyes were calm.

Standing up, Sophia carried Chloe's suitcase upstairs.

It wasn't that she didn't want to resist and get angry, but that she understood Brady too well. The more she struggled to resist, the crueler he tortured her. Only when she was pulled out of all the barbs and diamonds alive and no longer had the strength to struggle would that man stop.

Sophia's expression was numb as she opened Chloe's suitcase and placed other people's things one by one into her bedroom that she had lived in for two years.

After tidying up, Sophia went downstairs and headed straight for the grocery room on the first floor, which was also her current bedroom.

Chloe was leisurely watching TV in the living room. She saw that Sophia had come down. She seized every opportunity to torture her and shouted, "Sophia, I'm hungry. Go to the kitchen to cook for me."

Sophia paused and bit her red lips hard before turning around and heading towards the kitchen.

Chloe looked at her obedient back and laughed arrogantly.

Sophia was busy in the kitchen, still serving four dishes and one soup. She served the table and expressionlessly said to Chloe, "Alright."

Chloe grunted, stepped on a graceful pace, and sat down proudly in the dining room like a proud peacock.

Sophia looked at her, endured her anger and turned around to leave, but was stopped by Chloe.

Chloe's goal was to torture her, how could he let her off so easily?

Chloe pointed at the empty space beside her and said viciously, "Take the plate and stand here to pick up the leftover soup I spit out. You can't leave until I'm done eating."

At the moment, Sophia was not a current person, but a slave without any dignity.

"Chloe, don't go too far!" Sophia couldn't bear it anymore and angrily said.

Chloe snorted and looked at her arrogantly, "I'm just going too far. What's wrong? Because Brady hates you but favoring me. If you don't want to serve me, then fine. Go tell Brady yourself. If he agrees to let you not serve me, then I won't make things difficult for you!"

These words could be said to be firmly stabbing on Sophia's heart. How could Brady stand by her side?

His greatest pleasure was to see her in pain.

Sophia took a deep breath and thought that she was taking care of a dog.

She turned around and obeyed Chloe's instructions, holding the plate and letting Chloe spit out the disagreeable residues in the dishes.

It was impossible for her to just swallow this anger. Sophia poured vegetable leaves on her face, so she was going to pour hot water on her face!

Anyway, she had to take revenge for this!

With a cold laugh, Chloe pushed open the door and quickly went downstairs.

The food in the restaurant hadn't been packed yet, and Sophia hadn't seen anyone either. Only a faint glow could be seen from the hovel.

Chloe smiled sinisterly as she took a few steps into the kitchen. After boiling a pot of boiling water, she carried it to the grocery room and kicked the door open.

At that time, Sophia was hiding under the blanket and secretly calling Mia. Suddenly, she heard the door being kicked open. She shrunk into the blanket guiltily and stuffed her phone under the pillow at the same time.

A pot of boiling water was poured onto Sophia's thin blanket.

The scorching temperature and hot air instantly surged up, causing Sophia to groan. She hurriedly kicked away the quilt and rolled it down from the other side of the bed.

Fortunately, her body was still covered with a blanket, blocking most of the hot water. It did not allow Sophia's tender skin to come into direct contact with the boiling water, but she was still burned quite heavily. Especially her arm was crimson red, and a few red bubbles faintly appeared.

Chloe's face was filled with a sinister smile. She threw the pot of boiling water onto Sophia's wet bed and sneered, "Sophia, Brady asked me to return this to you. He said that if you dare to disobey me again in the future, the next time, it won't be as simple as splashing hot water on you!"

The place where she was burned was clearly burning hot and painful, but Sophia had an inexplicable chill all over her body like falling into an ice cave.

Was it Brady who instructed her to pour boiling water on her?

And if she doesn't obey, it won't just be boiling water next time. What is that?

Is that vitriol?
