The Impossible Divorce novel Chapter 14

Sophia finally returned.

She returned to the "home" where she was terrified and disgusted and tortured day by day.

Before leaving, she took a pair of scissors from Eric's living room.

Brady stood at the door, his arms crossed and he coldly looked at her who had been sent back. His already terrifying eyes seemed to be able to burn through her, carrying a mocking light.

"Why aren't you escaping anymore?" He raised a mocking smile.

Sophia said expressionlessly to Brady, who was blocking the door, "Please move aside."

Brady raised his eyebrows.

"Didn't you ask me to come back? Are you satisfied now?" Sophia coldly spat out these words, and the frost on her face was no less than that of the man in front of her.

Brady's eyebrows frowned, and the little woman revealed her sharpness again...

At this time, another head popped out from behind Brady and squeezed away the man blocking the door. He smiled and said, "Sister-in-law, you're finally back. Quickly come in. Don't fall ill again just after leaving the hospital with the cold wind."

After saying that, Sophia was enthusiastically pulled into the living room by Finley, and he even found a blanket to wrap around her.

Brady's face darkened as he looked at Finley's actions of pulling Sophia out with a cold gaze. Did Finley find out that the woman he was pulling seemed to be his Brady's wife?

"Where's my brother?" As soon as Sophia sat down, she asked.

"Your younger brother is fine." Finley replied hurriedly.

Sophia snorted coldly and turned her face away. She did not believe that this demon would take care of her younger brother so well.

"I want to see my younger brother. Otherwise, I can't be sure of his safety."

A mobile phone was thrown into Sophia's embrace. On the phone was a video of his brother burying his head in building blocks, and Sophia flipped through the video for a few seconds, revealing a gentle smile.

"Have you seen enough?" Brady reached out and grabbed the phone. Even a broken phone could make her laugh, but in front of him, she always had the emotionless face.

Damn it!

He placed his phone heavily on the coffee table and clenched Sophia's jaw with his big hand, forcefully forcing the smile away.

"Now, it's time to settle the debt between us."

Sophia lowered her eyes and said, "It's all a bad debt. It doesn't matter if it's not settled."

"Speak properly!" Brady roared angrily, causing Sophia to tremble involuntarily.

Finley grabbed Brady and raised his voice, "Can you control your temper? You just asked Fares to buy you the tonic soup. Let's go and see if the soup is back."

Looking at Brady who was dragged away forcefully, Sophia blinked her eyes. Did he buy nourishing soup for her?

"There is no evidence that Sophia stole confidential documents from your company two years ago. Why do you insist that it was her?" Finley continued to ask.

"What her father said personally can be false?" Brady retorted.

"Brady, after being with her for four years in college, do you think your feelings are illusory?" Finley shook his head. Brady was too paranoid.

Brady lowered his eyes. How could it be illusory?

"Why don't you try to talk to her peacefully? Perhaps there really was a misunderstanding back then?"

When Brady walked into the living room again, Sophia had already fallen asleep on the sofa. Her soft and harmless sleeping appearance made Brady's heart softer. He walked over and picked her up, and Sophia's weak arm immediately wrapped around his neck.

"Brady" The murmur that she unconsciously said in her sleep made Brady's heart excite and he bent down to kiss her.

For the first time in two years, her lips timidly cater to him. His mind surged as he instantly pressed Sophia on the sofa. With a action of his hand, the clothes on the woman's upper body loosely hung on her snow-white body.

His gaze landed on her chests, and his large palms immediately attached to her, almost instantly invaded her body.

"Hmm" An unbearable breath swept across Brady. He bit Sophia's lips fiercely and said vaguely, "Tell me, it wasn't you who did it, tell me..."

However, in the next moment, a wisp of snow-white coldness flashed across the corner of his eyes. Immediately after, Brady let out a groan of pain, and his confused eyes emitted an incredulous gaze.

A pair of scissors was stabbed into his left abdomen, and blood gushed out!
