The Breaking Point of Love novel Chapter 826

Jordyn grew even angrier and immediately started struggling. "Put me down! I don't want you to carry me!"

Trevor looked at her. "Fine. But you have to go downstairs and eat."

Jordyn pursed her lips and turned her head away, refusing to look at him.

Despite saying that, Trevor didn't let go. He simply carried her downstairs.

Downstairs, Peter had already had the food reheated. It was all Jordyn's favorite dishes, and everything had already been served.

Trevor set her down and handed her a spoon.

Jordyn hesitated before taking them. Then, without saying a word, she slowly began picking up food and eating.

Trevor sat down beside her.

Seeing this, Peter asked, "Trevor, why don't you eat something too?"

Trevor shook his head. "I already ate."

Peter didn't press him any further, leaving the father and daughter alone.

Jordyn silently ate her meal while Trevor watched her.

"School will be starting soon. Is there anywhere you'd like to go before then? I can take you."

Jordyn didn't even look at him. "No."

Trevor didn't respond, and Jordyn ignored him as well.

He simply continued looking at her.

At first, Jordyn pretended not to notice, but when he kept staring, she finally couldn't take it anymore. "What are you looking at?"

Trevor suddenly smiled and ruffled her hair. "Just thinking about how happy I am that you're my daughter."

Jordyn was stunned.

Trevor said nothing more. He picked up the spoon beside him and put some food into her bowl.

After finishing her meal, Jordyn turned around and headed upstairs without looking back.

Trevor followed behind her. "Take a shower early and get some rest."

Jordyn didn't answer. But when she returned to her room, she didn't close the door behind her.
