Frank saw Donovan's expression and did not press him any further. After all, no one in the Liddell family saw this coming, and Sean was actually still alive. While they had been tracking down the car responsible for the crash all this time, they had never suspected their own driver might be involved.

Noelle grabbed a cab and headed straight to the address Tilly had sent her. Word was, someone had finally been caught. Her nerves were all over the place during the ride. After waiting for so long, today might finally be the day.

The car stopped at the edge of the old industrial district, where most abandoned buildings had been turned into scrap warehouses.

Noelle got out and saw Cedric walking toward her. He was dressed in all-black sportswear and had a cap pulled low over his head. He approached her and asked, "How'd the wedding go?"

She replied, "We gave them a dose of their own medicine. The wedding got shut down, and Xenia tried to tip off Sean, but I stopped her."

Cedric gave her head a light pat. "As long as you got that off your chest."

"Where is he? Where's the guy?" Noelle was desperate to finally get some answers about what really happened with that accident years ago.

Just then, the sound of screeching brakes came from behind. She turned and saw a car being blocked and Donovan and Frank stepping out.

Her brows furrowed. "I didn't realize they followed me here."

After everything that happened at the wedding, she thought Donovan would be more concerned about that money.

A few men stopped Frank, but he still looked at Noelle and said, "We want to know what's going on too. Don't we have the right to?"

Donovan stood silently beside him, not daring to speak.

Cedric gave them a cold look. "Well, Noelle should be the first to know before deciding. You two didn't lift a damn finger, and now you wanna show up to claim credit?"

Frank's face darkened. "We're not trying to steal credit. We know Noelle did all the work; we just want the truth. Is that so wrong?"

Donovan kept his head down, too ashamed to say anything. However, he still wanted to know whether Sean was really dead or not.
