Dominic was taken aback by the intensity of Vespera's passion.
He drew her closer, allowing her to take the lead without hesitation.
Outside, the wind picked up, growing fiercer.
The rustling of the leaves became louder, and the willow branches whipped violently, as if they might break beneath the gusts.
Inside the car, darkness settled around them as the glass fogged up. A pair of delicate hands pressed against it, sliding gently downward.
The mist rippled, scattering beneath the touch.
In a heartbeat, a large hand covered Vespera's.
Their fingers intertwined.
And the mist dissolved into a fragrant dew...

Midnight had passed.
Vespera lay still, her head resting against Dominic's chest.
"How much longer until the half hour is up?"
Dominic's voice drifted from above.
Vespera answered nonchalantly, "20 minutes. We still have ten left."
Dominic adjusted her clothes. "We could spend these last ten minutes heading home to sleep."
Vespera shook her head. "No, I prefer it here."
In the confined darkness, she decided to savor the fleeting joy of being bathed in the light of the brightest moon.
But deep down, she knew this moment would become something she could never truly hold onto in the future.
"So, Vera, you like it in the car, huh?" Dominic murmured, his lips grazing her earlobe. "I've got an RV. When we have time, I'll take you on a trip. We can go anywhere you want."
A shiver ran through her, but she quickly shattered his hopeful dream. "You don't have the time. There's too much you still need to do."
"But we still have ten minutes, right?"
His breath traced along her back, following the curve of her spine until it hovered just above her waist.
