Dominic said, "Take a look now, then."

Calvert took the phone and watched for a while. Not noticing anything wrong with it, he said, "Mrs. Reid, Mr. Harry, and Ms. Natasha came in and left. Was there a fight or something?"

Dominic pointed to the screen and replied, "There was a woman standing here. She's gone."

Calvert said, "So, a hacker had tampered with it."

Then, he added, "Who is she? Oh no. She's being stalked."

"Stalked?" Vespera asked, her breath caught.

Calvert explained, "This is a busy mall, and this is a store. Most people come without planning ahead. To delete the exact few seconds where that woman appeared means they would have had to be watching her in real time. Otherwise, how would they know when to cut the footage?"

"That makes sense," mumbled Vespera, feeling her knees wobble.

So, someone didn't want the Reid family to know that Vespera had saved Fawn? That meant that person knew everything that happened that night.
