With the melting of ice and snow, it was soon time for school to start.
Jonathan and Elliot were now attending elementary school, and this time, they were in the same school.
Even though they had already completed one semester, Elliot was still fascinated by everything.
"Why the long face, Jon? Aren't you happy that we're going back to school to make lots of new friends?" Elliot asked curiously.
Sitting up straight, Jonathan looked back at Elliot. "What's there to be happy about?"
To him, elementary school was extremely boring, with no challenges whatsoever.
However, Cecilia said that at his age, he should befriend his peers.
Moments later, they reached the school gate, and the driver watched them leave. "Have a good day at school, Mr. Jonathan and Mr. Elliot."
As Jonathan and Elliot walked into the school side by side, they instantly attracted the attention of many girls.
A familiar figure waved at them, calling their names. "Jon, Eli."
It was Dante, Vivian's nephew. Judging by the roundness of his cheeks, he must have gained some weight over the holiday.
Dante quickly ran toward Jonathan and Elliot, beaming. "Why did you come so late?"
"Didn't you just get here too?" Elliot countered.
Dante scratched his head. "Well... I couldn't wake up."
After saying that, he looked at Jonathan eagerly. "Jon, did you finish your winter break homework?"
Jonathan saw it coming, so he took the homework out of his backpack and handed it to him. "Here."
