He stepped over the bodies on the floor, advancing toward Timothy. Each step echoed sharply in the sterile operating room, sending shivers down Timothy's spine. Every step brought Matthew closer.

"Go to hell!" Matthew raised his fist, but Timothy screamed desperately.

"It wasn't me! I'm not the mastermind! There's someone else behind all this. Spare me, and I'll tell you who it really is!"

Matthew's fist stopped mid-air, his eyes flickering with doubt. Timothy seized the opportunity and explained, "I'm just a department head! Killing me won't stop the organ trafficking. The real power is someone much bigger. Spare me, and I'll tell you everything!"

"You're lucky," Matthew growled. "I'll let you live, but you better tell me who's really behind this. Otherwise, you'll regret it."

Timothy's eyes lit up, and he clasped his hands in gratitude. "Thank you! Thank you! The real mastermind is the hospital director.

"He's behind everything—the inflated drug prices, the organ trafficking, all of it!"

Matthew frowned, knowing the director's involvement was obvious. "Who else besides the director?"

"That's all I know! He gives us our orders. I'm telling the truth!" Timothy insisted.

"If the director is all you can tell me... Well, that's not enough to keep you alive," Matthew stated coldly.

"Y-You can't go back on your word!" Timothy protested. "I told you who's behind it!"

"Even an idiot would know the director is involved," Matthew mocked. "Tell me someone more important, or die."

Timothy's panic turned to sheer terror. He shook his head violently and cried, "I don't know anyone else! I only know that Dr. Zeller is involved! That's all I know! You promised not to kill me!"
