When Cameron heard what Leopold said, he remembered how Lorenzo smashed a mug on his face. He never wanted to experience such humiliation ever again.
Perhaps, if they successfully turn into a martial arts family, they could prevent that from happening again.
After a moment's thought, Cameron replied, "Alright. I'll stay. But right now, Lorenzo's fate is uncertain. Contact the Connollys and tell them what actually happened. Tell them that I'm finding Lorenzo's whereabouts by the riverbank too."
Leopold said, "Alright. I'll call them now. But don't go looking for Lorenzo yourself. Send the other Fuller family members over to find Lorenzo while you take cover elsewhere."
Now that Cameron had heard of Leopold's method, which would inherently keep him safe in Lambda City, he wasn't in a hurry to head back to Mistvale City.
"Alright. I understand. I'll head back to Lambda City now," Cameron said.
By the Evans residence's courtyard entrance in Lambda City, a Porsche came to a halt and parked there.
The driver got down the car and walked to the back, opening the back door and bowing slightly as he said, "We're here, Mr. Emery."
Soon, a man in his mid-20s exited the car. He was dressed in sportswear, and he stared at the gate of the Evans residence with a frown.
The driver closed the door and smiled as he said, "Mr. Emery, we have our own kickboxing club at home, so the instructors will be able to teach you everything you want. We don't have to come to this wretched place for that."
Then, Soren chided angrily, "What do you know? It's not as if you're in this line of work anyway."
Soren had been kickboxing for two years now, and he had occasionally heard of the things about cultivators. He also knew that the Evanses were the strongest martial arts family in Lambda City.
Someone had said that they witnessed the Evanses' Iron Fist and that they could break three bricks with a single punch.
Soren frowned and stayed quiet for a little before he said, "Just don't address me so formally and speak to me casually."
The driver replied, "Alright. Head in then. I'll be waiting right here."
Soren pointed at the trunk and said, "Take out the gifts I bought."
It was only then that the driver remembered the gifts and quickly opened the trunk. Soon, he brought out two gift bags and handed them to Soren.
"Here's a liquor from the 60's. Mr. Emery… I mean your father… I've seen him take this bottle out a dozen times, yet, he couldn't bring himself to open it.
"He'll be furious if he knows you used it as a gift. Maybe you should reconsider a little?"
