Sweet Mischief’s Rollercoaster Romance novel Chapter 1706

“Leo, how come you didn’t go home to hang out with Anya tonight?”

Leo grinned. “Well, Ms. Anya ditched me to party with someone else. I still have to go pick her up later.”

He still had no clue he was about to play chauffeur for the night.

It was after midnight already. All the guys were calling their wives and daughters to check in. Only then did Anya finally text Leo, telling him to come get her.

So Leo showed up, only to realize he’d been roped into driving everyone home.

He picked up Lizzy and grinned at her. “Look at you, little lady. You’re really growing up to be a beauty.”

Lizzy, bright-eyed and adorable, glanced up at this not-exactly-an-uncle, not-quite-a-brother figure. Technically, she should call him “Uncle,” but their family tree was a tangled mess.

Leo ended up dropping everyone off, one at a time.

Smart people always have a way of making things happen. When he took Milka home, Anya leaned in, reeking of wine, and whispered something conspiratorial in his ear.

So Leo dropped Milka off halfway, then called Mars. “Hey, Mars, Aunt Milka’s had a few too many. We’re parked at—”

Mars showed up ten minutes later, slapped Leo on the shoulder, and couldn’t help but joke, “Leo, you really should’ve been born a White, not a Jiang!”

Leo threw an arm around Anya’s shoulders. “This was all Ms. Anya’s idea, you know.”

Mars, settling into the car, said, “Anya, if you ever need anything, just call me.”

Milka, sitting in the backseat, suddenly realized this sneaky little girl was basically handing her over to Mars.

She smiled to herself. With this much matchmaking going on, if she and Mars didn’t get back together, Anya would probably be heartbroken.

After that, Leo went to take the two family elders home.

Same old routine: four people in the car, trading playful jabs and teasing each other.

Trying not to make her feel bad—or look too clever—Andre smiled. “Honestly, I have no clue. Last time you went to the courthouse, I didn’t even guess. This time, I’m even more lost. So, want to tell your husband what you girls got up to?”

Realizing he truly didn’t know about her little secret spot, Mia grinned, planted a kiss on him, and said playfully, “Not telling you~”

Andre just laughed and pulled her close. “Bedtime?”

“Mmm, not yet, I still haven’t showered~”

“Can’t it wait till tomorrow?”

But Mia, ever the neat freak, insisted on showering right then, even though it was the middle of the night.

Worried she might doze off drunk in the tub, Andre followed her in, just to be safe…

By the next day, everyone was out cold, sleeping in.
