Gray glared at Sebastian with inapotent fury. Finally, his shoulders slumped in defeat. “Fine. I’ll talk. Just don’t hurt them. I’ll tell you everything I know, but you have to promise to release them once I’m done.”

“You are in no position to negotiate,” Sebastian said, his voice dropping to a glacial chill. “The moment you laid a finger on my fiancée, you should have anticipated this day. Right now, your only priority should be praying they stay alive. If I find out you’ve hidden even the smallest detail, I will show no mercy.”

“You…” Gray’s face contorted, but he found himself utterly powerless to strike back.

Sebastian gestured dismissively. “Begin.” He walked back to the sofa and reclined with a lazy, predatory grace.

Gray recounted the entire ordeal from start to finish. When he finally stopped speaking, his voice was tight. “That’s everything I know.”

Sebastian fixed him with a frigid stare. “So, you’re saying you don’t actually know their current location?”

“No,” Gray said, shaking his head. “I only know he took them to the Mildew family’s stronghold. But no one outside the family and their innermost circle knows where that is. Even as long as I’ve served him, I’ve never been allowed near the place.”

Sebastian fell into a contemplative silence. “A cunning old fox indeed.”

Fawks chimed in from the side. “It’s true. The location of the Mildew stronghold is one of the the best–kept secrets in Radovia. If we want to find Lillian and Leonard, we’ll have to squeeze information out of a Mildew family member directly.”

Gray looked at Sebastian. “I’ve told you everything. When are you letting them go?”

A cold smirk played on Sebastian’s lips. “They can go home the moment my fiancée is standing safely in front of me.” He turned to Unno. “Take him away and keep him under tight, guard.”

Once Gray was removed, Fawks produced a hidden camera from a nearby shelf. “Here it is. Everything is recorded. What’s the move?”

Sebastian took the camera and extracted the memory card. “We’re going to add fuel to the Mildew family’s fire,” he said with a dark laugh. “Let’s make it burn a little brighter. He wants to deny everything? I want to see how he explains this footage to the public.”

Just then, a knock sounded at the door. Foster entered. “Callen is here to see you.”
