Chapter 35
Susana was still dreaming when she was woken up by a loud knock at the door.
As soon as I opened the door and saw Coleman’s not–so–happy face, I couldn’t help but feel alarmed.“Young master, what happened?”
Coleman’s eyes were a bit sharp, “When was the last time the young madam came back?”
Juanita on the side had her sharp fingertips digging into her palm.
That bitch moved out.
She finally got to be the lady of the house for a few days and really didn’t want to see Jensina at home again!
“Young madam, she came back every day…”

Susana looked confused for a second, but reacted fast, “Oh wait, no, not tonight. Madam Hardwick’s 80th birthday is coming up, and the lady asked her to go back to the old house to help make decisions.”
A look of surprise flashed in Juanita’s eyes, and she was full of questions inside.
Why did Susana also have to hide that Jensina had already moved out.
Did Susana also think she was more suited to be the lady of the house than Jensina?
Thinking of this, she couldn’t help but smile and looked at Coleman, “Come on, Jensina just didn’t come back for one night, why are you being so paranoid?”
Coleman didn’t respond to her, just looked at Susana and said, “What about those books on her bookshelf? Why are there only a few left?”
Susana crashed for a second.
Then, I braced myself and said firmly, “There have always been just those few books, maybe you remembered it wrong?”
“Really?”
Coleman actually couldn’t really remember, either.
After they got married, he used being busy as an excuse and pretty much always slept in a separate room from Jensina.
The master bedroom…
He only went in a few times and didn’t really pay attention to anything.
Juanita yawned, “Susana was always careful with things. She already said it, and you still didn’t believe her?”
“Didn’t.”
Coleman thought about it and agreed.
Susana was an old member of the Hardwick family, so there was no way she would side with outsiders and help Jensina hide anything from
him.
And besides, that girl couldn’t have just moved out without saying anything.
Which of those childhood friends‘ girlfriends didn’t cry and make a scene whenever they were upset, just waiting for someone to comfort
them.
But at noon in the 4S shop, she was kind of unhappy.
He should have coaxed her.
The next day, Aesera Clinic.
Jensina drove into the parking lot. As soon as she got out of the car, a flashy red limited–edition 911 sped by and aggressively squeezed into a parking spot.

It attracted several coworkers to stop and watch.
“My god, how much did this car cost…”
Menu
“How much it cost, I didn’t know. I just knew for sure it was something people like us could never even dream of affording, even if we worked like a horse our whole lives and never spent a penny.”
“The importance of being born into a good family.”
Jensina didn’t say a word, just looked away and walked toward the clinic.
“Jensina.”
Behind her, Juanita got out of the car and caught up in a few steps, “We’re colleagues now, no need to act so high and mighty, right?”
A few coworkers nearby immediately widened their eyes.
How did they deserve to work with such rich people!
Jensina lifted her eyelids and glanced at her lightly, “Do you still want to hear something unpleasant?”
Juanita choked.
She still remembered what Jensina said at the clinic that day about the main wife and the mistress!
She was afraid Jensina would embarrass her in front of everyone again, so she backed off right away.
Anyway, there was still a long way to go.
She just didn’t believe she couldn’t find a chance to deal with this bitch!
Seeing that she didn’t say anything, Jensina strode into the clinic.
She was out all day today, only got off work at night.
At the clinic, I quickly took off my wool coat and hung it up, changed into my white coat, and started calling numbers.
The patients all liked her best, she was never late, and often saw them early.
At noon break, she didn’t feel like going to the cafeteria. While she was racking her brains about what takeout to order, someone knocked on
the office door.
Jensina looked up instinctively and saw Eduardo coming in with a thermos. He closed the door behind him and looked at her with concern.
“Was it okay? I heard someone say Juanita gave you a hard time this morning?”
Jensina laughed, “Are you sure this is the version you heard?”
“Alright.”
Eduardo saw she was in a good mood and laughed, “They said it was rare to see Dr. Warren not being nice to someone. Everyone was wondering if you and Juanita had some kind of problem.”
Jensina didn’t say anything, just stared at what he was holding, “Is that for me?”
“Yeah.”
Eduardo put the thermos in front of her, “Beer duck, fish–flavored eggplant, and vinegar cabbage. Shanna especially told me to bring these for
you.”
As soon as Jensina lifted the lid, the smell hit her. She couldn’t wait and took a bite of the eggplant.“You went to Pierre’s house?”
“Yeah, I talked with Pierre about that Herring Group project.”
Eduardo sat down across from her and said, “How does it taste?”

“Of course it was great.”
Jensina smiled and said, “Did you cat?”
“L…”
Eduardo paused for a second, his clear eyes landing on her cheek with a smile,“Not yet.”
Then let’s eat together.”
Menu
Jensina took a pair of disposable forks from the drawer and handed them to him, then asked, “What happened to the Herring Group project?
When does it start?”
“Eat first.”
Eduardo checked the time and said, “Let’s talk about the project after you get off work tonight.”
“By the way, Juanita… was taken as a student by Mr. Fowler.”
Hearing that, Jensina paused a bit while eating, but she didn’t seem surprised.
Coleman always thought things through when it came to Juanita.
This clinic, besides having Pierre in charge, also had Russell Fowler.
Jensina nodded, “It’s good to have Russell watching, so nothing big would go wrong.”
Right before getting off work, she had just finished giving the patient special treatment when her phone buzzed in her pocket.
It was a message from Coleman, “Sina, I’m here to pick you up after work.”
Jensina frowned a little and wanted to say no.
She didn’t have time to think of a reason when a nurse suddenly shouted, “Dr. Warren! A patient just fainted!”
She instantly tensed up, shoved her phone in her pocket, and ran over.
One hand landed on the patient’s pulse while watching their face, and immediately said, “Give me a three–edged needle!”
A nurse hurried over with a syringe.
