"Zayn Guggenheim, what are you so nervous about?" Liam suddenly smirked, looking extremely smug.

Zayn was not the slightest bit afraid and said, “There’s an idiot who wants to hurt my wife, so of course I’m nervous. You on the other hand...I hope you can maintain this nonchalance of yours for a longer period.”

His words made Liam turn glum. Liam’s eyes looked thoughtful, but before he could retort, another person came to where Lindsey was sitting.

Yvette sat on Lindsey's other side and took her arm. "Ugh! I’ve finally sent them off. Lindsey, is your hand okay?"

"Yes." Lindsey’s eyes curved into a smile.

Yvette saw Allie a long time ago, but she pretended that she only noticed her now. Allie gave her a gentle smile and said, "Ms. Wendell, long time no see."

Yvette scrunched her nose. She did not like Allie and did not hide her thoughts. “Long time no see? I don't want to see you. Besides, we don't even know each other.”

Yvette personally sent them out. She watched their car leave and was ready to go back in when she noticed the man standing not far from the door.

When Shaun saw that Yvette noticed him, he smiled faintly and walked over.
