Dumping The Ice King His Mini-Tyrant novel Chapter 383

Felicity rose to her feet and walked toward him. Harrison sensed something was off. He spun around abruptly, facing Felicity with a look of guarded suspicion.

“That’s enough,” Harrison snapped, his voice cold as steel. Every inch of his body radiated wariness toward Felicity.

Felicity, however, looked genuinely confused. Why was Harrison pushing her away? “I just want to get your phone so we can call for help!” she insisted.

Harrison didn’t believe a word she said. He could see the longing flickering in her eyes.

He knew all too well—Felicity was attracted to him.

This woman looked like she couldn’t wait to use his current vulnerability as an excuse to devour him whole.

His phone was right there, tucked away in the pocket of his suit trousers. If he let Felicity anywhere near it, who knew what boundaries she might try to cross?

Harrison pressed his back tightly against the door. “Stop right there! Don’t move!”

He tried to bark an order, desperate to keep her at bay. “Stay away from me!”

“Harrison, are you afraid you won’t be able to control yourself?” Felicity couldn’t help but smirk.

She tried to soothe him, her tone deceptively gentle. “Don’t worry about hurting me. If you keep holding back like this, you’ll make yourself sick!”

She barely finished speaking before the heat surging in her own body took over, compelling her to lunge at Harrison, unable to wait a second longer.

“Let me just get your phone! Why are you so scared of me?”

Suddenly, there was a sharp click behind Harrison.

He whipped around to see the door swing open.

His eyes widened in shock, breath catching in his throat as a shaft of light spilled into the room. For a moment, it looked like hope.

Was someone here to rescue him?

The door opened fully, and there stood Adrian, dressed in a fresh set of clothes.

Adrian’s sharp, dark eyes swept from Harrison’s disheveled shirt down to his wrinkled trousers, taking in the full spectacle.

A laugh escaped Adrian’s lips.

It was the first time he’d ever seen Harrison so utterly undone.

Harrison, chest heaving, realized that with Adrian here, escape might be even harder than before.

At this point, he didn’t care that Adrian was seeing him at his worst.

He was ready to barge past Adrian and bolt for the hallway.

But Adrian read his intentions instantly.

With a step forward, Adrian closed the door again.

Harrison stared at him in disbelief. “Why are you shutting the door?”

Felicity, standing behind Harrison, craned her neck to peer at Adrian, a curious look on her face. Had Adrian been drugged too? Why else would he willingly enter this room?
