"No need."
Juniper struggled lightly, leaning in to sniff Shanley's chest like a little dog. "You smell terrible. Stay away from me."
"Then how about we take a shower together?" Shanley raised an eyebrow, smiling like a real fox.
"Is that what I meant?" Juniper narrowed her clear eyes. "Did you even ask if I agreed?"
"May I take a shower with you and then do something else with you, Mrs. Schwartz?"
Shanley actually asked with utmost sincerity, not waiting for Juniper to answer.
"I..."
"You can, I know."
The man suddenly leaned down, sealing her rosy lips.
It was unexpected.
There was absolutely no smell of alcohol.
"I only had two glasses. Halfway through, I went to the bathroom to brush my teeth and used breath freshener." Shanley pecked her lips. "No smell, right?"
"Are you a rascal? Mr. Delicate!" Juniper snorted coldly, looking down at him.
"I'm already Mr. Delicate, so what if I'm a bit of a rascal?"
Supporting Juniper, Shanley pushed open the bathroom door with his knee.
The showerhead was turned on, and water vapor quickly filled the entire space.
In a spin.
Juniper was pressed against the wall. The man kissed her while tugging at her bespoke silk dress.
"Shanley."
Juniper grabbed his hand, struggling to breathe. "Lorelei made this for me. If you tear it, I'll kick you to death."
"Alright."
Shanley immediately lightened his grip, effortlessly undoing the dress in a few quick movements.
"Wait!" Juniper frowned.
"I can't wait, baby!" Shanley's hoarse voice interrupted her.
Warm water fell from above, drenching their bodies.
The water on the floor splashed loudly.
Outside the window.
The guests hadn't completely dispersed, and sounds of conversation and laughter drifted in from time to time.
Inside the room.
The two bosses were sparring, testing who was stronger.
"Call me husband."
