"Theia Sommers isn't an ordinary woman. Why would she believe you?" he asked, eyes narrowed.

"Because I told her I'd show sincerity." Juniper enunciated every word clearly. "As long as she develops the preliminary modification methods, I will convince you to release Celine."

You could torture her to death, and she wouldn't spill a single crucial detail. And if you kill her, do you really think Dr. Sommers will ever work for us?"
