Avirbegan to get nervous for no apparent reason. She leaned back against the seat, staring ahead at the road. She could feel Dane’s eyes on her. He kept glancing at her.

Suddenly she felt a hand on her thigh, causing her to gasp. he saw Dane place his hand on her covered thigh. She felt awkward. As she felt uncomfortable, she slowly held his wrist. He gave her a glance and asked,

“Don’t you like my touch?”

She rested his hand on her palm and rubbed the back with her other hand.

“It is not like that,” she murmured.

Dane kept his

eyes on the road and did not say anything else

As soon as they arrived on campus, Ava noticed the numerous lights that adorned her campus’s main gate. She eagerly stepped out of the car and gazed around at the beauty.

As she turned to look at Dane’s car, she noticed a group of girls gathered near it. She let out a sigh when she saw the girls were fangirling over him.

“Isn’t it Alpha Dane?”

“Oh my God! What is he doing here?”

“So handsome!”

“He looks really good in that suit!”

Ava folded her arms as she stared at the girls. They were not her classmates, so they did not recognize her. They were enrolled as regular students.

After parking, Dane got out of his car. He looked at the girls and ignored them before approaching Ava.

“Wherever we go, girls won’t stop following you,” she said with a chuckle.

He grinned at her and asked,

“Jealous?”

She scoffed at him. “Why would I? They should be jealous of me. I am holding your hand.”

She took his hand and they began walking ahead.

Bruno, Griffin, and her friends had already shown up. They accompanied Dane and Ava.

“So? Won’t you tour me around?” Dane asked.

“Yes! Of course!”

Ava let go of his hand, which caused him to frown. However, the next moment, she wrapped her arm around his arm and began dragging him inside the campus.

They wandered around the campus.

People around her kept looking at them. They were surprised to see Alpha Dane, as they recognized him.

Ava showed Dane around and told him about the things she used to do there.

She paused when they arrived at the basketball court. Her gaze fell on the spot where fan had proposed to her in Tront of others.

She halted for a moment. Abigail and Debra cleared their throats, attempting to pull Ava out of her past memories. “Well, Alpha Dane, we have got a lot of memories here. Let as introduce you to Ava’s other close friend,” Abigail said, casting a glance at the young man conversing with another woman nearby.

Abigail waved her hand as she called out to him. Luke turned his head as he heard his name. He noticed his friends and waved at them back. But when his gaze fell on Alpha Dane, he stood up from leaning against a lamp.

He was not expecting to see him there.

“Isn’t that…” the young woman spoke out beside him.

The woman and Luke came over.

“Hey!”

Luke greeted his friends with a small smile. Ava smiled at him and then looked at the woman.

“Your girlfriend?”

Luke immediately nodded his head. He introduced his girlfriend to his friends and then turned his attention to the other three men standing there.

“Alpha Dane, it is a pleasure to meet you,” he said, holding out his hand.

There was an amazement that could be seen in Luke’s eyes. Ava realized Luke held a high regard for Dane. It could be because his girlfriend had previously interviewed him and told him Dane was a great man.

Dane took Luke’s hand and replied,

“Since you are my woman’s friend, nice to meet you too.”

Luke and his girlfriend were both shocked. Dane wrapped his hand around Ava’s waist and said,

“She is with me.”

Luke’s eyes widened with surprise. When Luke exchanged glances with Abigail and Debra, both nodded.

“Alpha Dane is so into our friend that he managed two partners for us,” Debra said, holding Griffin’s arm.

Griffin laughed because he thoroughly enjoyed Debra’s company.

Meanwhile, Abigail remained silent, standing there. Beta Bruno lowered his head and asked,

“Are you not feeling well?”

“No, no. I am fine.”

Abigail was hesitant to interact with Bruno. She did not know him, and they had never met before.

“Let’s go to the hall where the party is going on,” Luke said
