Ellen shook his head with a wry smile. “You cursing back and fighting back will only anger Publius more. Then he’ll still make a big deal out of it and complain to Lycan Erasmus.”

Inside the Mist Shadow Pack, all the pack members who held government positions had already left for work.

The ones without official roles were gathered in the packhouse by Publius.
