Henry drove right to Brewery Drop after he left Star River Residence.
Even though he rarely visits the place, he would go with Logan once in a while. Logan was a frequent patron of Brewery Drop, but he went out of the country to shoot a television series.
The music in the bar was deafening but Henry seemed to enjoy it. The booming music was able to resonate something in his empty, aching heart.
The bar manager of Brewery Drop recognized Henry. When he saw Henry entering, he rushed over to escort Henry to their usual luxury room.
“Find a place outside.” Henry raised his eyebrow. His voice was so deep and cold like a ghost. Although they were in such a noisy environment, his tone was so icy that it made others shiver in fear.
The lines on his face were taut, and his chiseled features seemed to be covered by a layer of frost. His towering figure and deep, dark eyes like the night sky were so sharp and intimidating.
He exuded the aura of a royal king.
Henry came directly from Star River Residence. He was only wearing a tailored white shirt and a well-ironed pantsuit. He walked in with long strides and sat in a spacious seat near the corner.
He leaned against the couch leisurely in an elegant manner. He looked like a panther, elegant yet deadly.
The bar manager beside him could feel the temperature around them drop by a few degrees Celsius and shuddered.
Brewery Drop was a luxurious bar in B City. Those who frequented this place were all from rich and wealthy families. The bar manager was also very experienced in dealing with customers. He knew that Chairman Moore was not in a good mood when he saw the taut lines on his face and his lips pressed together in a straight line.
He gathered up the courage to hand him the drinks menu. “Mr. Moore, may I take your order?”
Henry did not even bother to look at him. He ordered, “Start serving.”
“Are you sure? How could he have a daughter when there were no rumored love affairs in the past?”
“Doesn’t Mr. Moore usually stay in the room? Why is he out here? Oh, does this mean we have a chance to get to know him?”
“You need to stop dreaming. You think you can get him with the looks you have?”
Groups of women whispered among themselves with a smile on their faces, unable to contain their joy. They wanted to approach him, but they were intimidated by the icy, unapproachable mien Henry put on.
There were also some good-looking, young and middle-aged businessmen who glanced at Henry from time to time. If they managed to snag a deal with Marriott, their company would thrive in the coming years.
However, none of them were brave enough to make the first move. They could only stare at him from afar. They were all afraid that they would fail before they even started to pitch their ideas.
