Madelyn scoffed. How was that possible? It was ridiculous! The chairman was handsome, charismatic, charming, and popular. How could a person have an affair after falling in love with the chairman?

Although the man in the picture was handsome, it was not enough to compete with the chairman. Their charismas were not on the same level. She had not been in the office for a month. What exactly happened?

Mandy had been busy the entire afternoon. She did not notice the rumors spreading in the company’s group chat. When she heard what Madelyn said, her face hardened. “What did you say? What was it about the man that the chairman's driver was having an affair with?”

It was a secret and she did not tell anybody about it.

“The company’s Whatsapp group was spreading the rumor. That woman was having an affair with another man, and there’s pictures to prove it,” Madelyn said innocently.

Lynette rarely cared about things like these. She felt it was strange too when she heard it. However, she was clear about one thing: Monique was the chairman's woman and he really took good care of her. It was a surprise to hear she had an affair. She barely knew Monique but, according to her experience with people, she did not seem to be that kind of woman.

The manager from the legal department had seen it too. “Yeah, the group chat was flooded with messages scorning that woman.”

Madelyn was astounded by her own thoughts. Who was that woman? She was freaking bold to actually cheat on him. Was she not afraid of being crushed?

That would be interesting. However, when she looked at the photo, the woman looked gentle and her smile was friendly and sweet. She did not look like a woman who would do such a thing. Madelyn was so curious, she decided to do some research after she went home.

Henry sat down and asked in a cold voice, “Have you discussed a plan yet?”

Madelyn was bold enough to mumble, “We’ve just read the documents, and we’ve not started any discussions yet.”
