Monique suddenly remembered something!
This man warned her not to hook up or touch any other man. He cared too much.
This tone sounded very much like jealousy.
Could what happened by the poolside that day also caused by jealousy? It seemed like it. He turned inexplicably mad after she returned from driving.
She did not previously notice that he was extremely mad.
Remembering those few days, did he purposely neglect her then?
Monique opened her eyes wide and looked at the exquisite handsome face. It was most definitely jealousy!
She felt happy deep down so she could not help asking, “Were you being jealous just now?” Monique raised her brows.
Henry was stunned, his voice was low and hoarse. “I am...feeling jealous...”
Monique’s eyes sparkled.
“...” She was speechless.
Was that true?
Even though she was conservative, she was not a traditional lady. If he really fell in love with her, she would not mind being intimate with him.
Her heart was beating fast like a rabbit and could not stop at all. Her face had also turned red.
Henry then followed up. “Hehe. How funny! How can I possibly fall in love with you?”
“You’re the mother of a child and also my driver. You have to behave yourself. Don’t act immorally and embarrass me,” Henry said righteously.
In actual fact, he blanked out and did not know what he was talking about.
How would a proud man like him be jealous? Impossible. That was absolutely impossible.
Monique instantly turned into a different person. Her shy expression was gone. She sulked and pushed away the man on her. “You’re a monster! If you don’t like me, what are you doing now.”
She was on pins and needles looking into his eyes. Both of her hands could not stop trembling.
She scolded him and pushed him to the other women. A rich and handsome man like Henry could not even get into her eyes. Was he being shameless?
You damn woman!
He had been thinking of that night for five years. How could she completely forget about it?
She deserved the punishment.
Monique looked at the cold face that seemed to be covered in frost. This beautiful face looked so pale—almost like an ice sculpture. The dark eyes on eyes were fuming.
She wanted to move backward instinctively.
‘Trying to escape?’
‘Do not even think about it!’
