What Is She Hiding novel Chapter 2

I was working at the garage with Legend when we heard the doorbell ding. I heard my brother ask the person if he could help them. Then I heard a man say tell him he needed his bike checked it was not running right. That voice send a shiver threw me. Not in a bad way. It was sexy. I knew Legend would be calling for me.

Morning Star. I walked out of the garage to the front and asked what he wanted. What's your name he asked? Ripper. Ripper says he needs his bike checked. That's your area. Take me to your bike I said. I sat down on it and started it. I turned it off and kneeled down and found what I was looking for. The wire that went to the engine had been removed. I replaced the wire and started his bike again.

Someone removed one of your wires I said. It was a quick fix. What do I owe you? Nothing I said. I turned to walk back inside. Morning Star is it? Yes, thats my name. You and your brother moved into the house next to my club. And Legend and Major are going to prospect for your MC.

So I heard. So what do you want I turned around and looked at him. We are having a BBQ this weekend. Would you like to come as we will be introducing your brothers. I will think about it. I turned and walked into the garage.

She is different.Most woman would have jumped at the chance to come to my club. She didn't even look at me. She just looked at the bike, fixed it and then went back to work. What is she hiding? Why does she stay to herself? I will find out because she has made be curious. She avoids men. Why is that?

I went back to work on the car and in an hour it was finished. I looked at the clock as I backed the car out of the garage and parked it. I got on the bike waiting to be worked on. I rode it into the garage and walked over and closed the door. I walked into the office and made a cup of coffee and lit a cigarette.

I sat down in the chair in front of the desk Legend was sitting behind. So, what did he say to you? Wants me to come over to a BBQ and for you and Major's introduction to his club. I told him I would think about it. Which means you won't go he said looking at me. You know I won't. I can't and will not be around all those men.

Morning Star no one there will hurt you. I know that but I am dangerous to them. I can't have any of them courner me or put their hands on me. You remember the last person that did that to me. I drank my coffee. When I finished I walked back to the garage and worked on the bike. I just finished it and backed it out of the garage when the bell rang on the door.

I turned the alarm on and we walked out and I locked the door. We got on our bikes and rode to Ohio City and home. I looked at the compound next door and saw it was filled with more bikes than usual. We parked our bikes in the garage and told her I would see her later. Later she said unlocking her door and walking in.

I made my supper. I had mashed potatoes, pork chops, and corn. After eating I washed my dishes and put them away. Then I opened my laptop and started looking for pet stores. I decided to buy me a dog. I decided either a german shepherd, Kita, or boxer. I saw that there was a pet store in Lima, Ohio. I wrote the address down and decided to go in the morning.

I turned my laptop off and walked to the bathroom where I showered and put on shorts, and a t-shirt. I walked back into the kitchen poured a cup of coffee and sat down in my rocking chair. I turned the tv on and watched a few movies. I heard laughing going on next door but ignored it.
