"The food in the Interstellar therian world is so gross… Even the vegetables and fruits taste a little different from how they did back in the human era."
But then Analise thought—what if the Aetherwell Space could help boost her mind essence?
After a long internal struggle, she finally chose the Aetherwell Space.
Sure, the food here tasted bad, but it was still packed with nutrients and actual benefits.
However, if she ever got injured or her mind essence was overly drained, only the Aetherwell Space could heal and restore her.
With it, she'd never have to worry about running out of mind essence again. She could purify freely, watch her Purification Value skyrocket, and convert those into points. At that rate, she'd be able to buy anything.
Having made her decision, Analise spent 275 points to purchase the Aetherwell Space.
The Aetherwell Space was a small model with limited space, but it was enough for her current needs.
Afterward, Analise pulled the blanket down a little and peeked at Finlay and Scott by her bedside.
"You're both asleep?" she whispered quietly.
She shifted her body a little to reach out and stroke Finlay's fur, then squeezed Scott's ear.
"What's wrong, Ana?" Both of them asked.
They weren't completely asleep and opened their drowsy eyes to look at her.
"The floor's cold. You two should go back to your own cabins to sleep," Analise said with a soft smile.
"It's fine. I want to stay with you," Finlay said, nuzzling into her palm.
Scott twitched his ears and looked at her with a hopeful gaze.
Analise sighed and gave his head a gentle pat again.
Once both of them settled back down, Analise turned to her remaining 225 points and started browsing what else she could buy.
Half an hour later, she had picked up several small self-defense and life-saving gadgets, plus a few different pills.
Among them was the Body Strengthening Pill, a Reward Store exclusive item that was rather affordable—just five points per pill. Analise bought one to try.
After finishing her shopping, she peeked out from under the covers and turned over to look at the sleeping wolf and tiger by her bed.
Her damp hair was draped over her shoulders, and as she moved, her collarbones peeked through. She was using her soft, fair hands to comb through her hair.
Finlay quickly looked away, his ears and cheeks flushing red. "Ana, are you hungry? I brought you some food. Eat it while it's hot."
"Thanks." Seeing his reaction, Analise suppressed her smile as she sat down to eat quietly.
She could feel Finlay stealing glances at her, so she looked up to meet his eyes.
The moment she did, Finlay looked down.
They repeated this back-and-forth a few times until Analise simply locked eyes with him, not letting up.
Finlay started feeling uncomfortable under her gaze and finally blurted out, "Ana… You… You're really beautiful."
"Oh? So, I wasn't beautiful before?" Analise deliberately misinterpreted his words.
"No! You've always been beautiful! I just meant… Today… You're especially…" Finlay stammered, his ears burning.
"What about today?" Analise leaned in close to his ear and then gently nibbled on his earlobe.
