After a long while, Analise shook her head at Bianca.
"It's too hard to find it. Its starship can go invisible, so it might not have left the starship. I always feel like it's purposely luring us here."
Analise whispered to Bianca, pulling her aside, "Ophir knows I've arrived, so it temporarily blocked the special communication frequency between systems, but it should have consumed quite a bit of energy."
Bianca glanced around. "It can't hide for long. As for Finlay, if he has anything from the system on him, it'll be easier for us to locate him."
"Anything from the system?" Analise looked at Bianca with confusion.
"Yeah, things from the system are special, and the system can sense them," Bianca nodded, urging Analise to think it over.
"Would the Body Strengthening Pill I gave him count?" Analise frowned, thinking hard for a moment. She remembered giving one to Finlay the day they mated.
"Yes!" Bianca nodded. "Jingle, talk to her system and explain how to contact Finlay."
"Got it."
Bianca's system, Jingle, sounded a little cheerful.
"Ana."
"Ms. Chamber."
Just as they were speaking, Gideon and Karl arrived almost simultaneously.
Bianca glanced at the two males looking at Analise and wisely moved aside. She understood the situation.
"Why are you here so quickly? Did you handle the situation at Shadowhawk Alliance?" Analise was a little surprised when she saw Gideon.
"Yeah, it was a trap. I was worried you might be in danger, so I came right over." Gideon took Analise's hand, visibly trembling.
The only concern was what special methods Ophir might use, since it was also a system and probably had all sorts of strange tools.
"Also, Finlay has a great personality. He's usually carefree, and even when he's upset, he's able to heal himself. He's like a little sun."
Scott had come over without Analise noticing, but his gaze toward Gideon was cold and detached.
Gideon didn't care, even feeling a bit provocative. He turned and kissed Analise on the earlobe.
"What are you doing? There are so many people here. Stop fooling around at a moment like this," Analise reproached after feeling surprised.
But she wasn't really angry.
