The Villainess Needs a Hug (Ivy Windsor) novel Chapter 1038

Katrina replied, "Yes, Ivy did suggest it. She pointed out that having a kid early has a lot of practical benefits. But the main reason is that I want to. I love you, you love me, and I want us to create something beautiful together right now, while we are absolutely crazy about each other."

Katrina didn't hold back her feelings at all, laying all her cards on the table with absolute honesty.

She just loved Naylor so fiercely that she desperately wanted to have a child with him.

Naylor laughed, nodding as the amusement filled his eyes. "You rarely ever confess your feelings to me like this. Come on, keep going. I want to hear more."

"Hear what?"

"Romantic confessions!"

"..." Katrina rolled her eyes, feeling a sudden wave of embarrassment.

But after the initial blush faded, she decided to indulge him. "Mr. Naylor Wilson, I love you. I love you so much that I want to have your baby right this very second! I want to completely lock you down so you can never escape my grasp for the rest of your life!"

She purposefully put on a comically sinister expression, raising her hand and clenching her fist as if she were a supervillain plotting her ultimate trap in a soap opera. Yet beneath the theatrics, her words burned with intense, genuine love.

Naylor laughed even harder. "You're going to have to give me a few more kids, then. Just one probably won't be enough to lock me down."

It was a joke, of course.

Everyone knew that a man's loyalty had nothing to do with how many kids he had.

If he wanted to cheat, having ten kids wouldn't stop him.

Just as they pulled into the underground parking garage, the driver bringing Dr. Wilson and Professor Penn arrived at the exact same moment.

The four of them ran into each other perfectly. Katrina immediately greeted them with absolute respect. "Dr. Wilson, Professor Penn, it's so good to see you! What perfect timing."

Professor Penn had always adored Katrina. She had previously regretted that her son had lost his chance with such a wonderful girl, so she was absolutely overjoyed that Katrina was officially becoming her daughter-in-law.

"Katrina, I know we completely hijacked your evening. I hope we didn't ruin your plans?" Professor Penn asked warmly.

"Not at all! It's Sunday, so Naylor and I were totally free. I was actually just over at Ivy's, visiting the twins."

At the mention of Jamison's twins, Professor Penn's medical instincts kicked in. "How are Ivy and the boys doing?"

"They're doing fantastic. Ivy's recovery is going perfectly, and the babies are incredibly healthy."

The four of them chatted and laughed the entire way up the elevator.

Katrina had subtly managed to send Willa a quick text to prepare her.

By the time they unlocked the door and walked in, the frail Willa was already standing by the entrance to greet them.

"Welcome, welcome! Please, come in and sit down," Willa greeted her future in-laws with a warm, genuine smile.
