"Mom, I will be fine," Felicia assured her. She simply could not leave without knowing Anne was okay.

Ava could not bring herself to argue. "Alright then. If anything happens, make sure you call home."

Greg and Jeremy exchanged a few parting words with Felicia before the group finally took their leave. Amber stayed by Felicia's side to see them off. Amber led Felicia to a private lounge. "When it comes down to it, you no longer have any ties to the Hawthorne family. Why don’t you come stay at my house for the next few days?"

"Alright," Felicia agreed softly. "Where is Anne?"

"We did not bring the kids today. Mandy is keeping Anne and the others company at Hawthorne Manor. I will let my aunt know in a bit so we can bring Anne over tonight. Mandy can keep her occupied."
