With that, Charlotte straightened up and walked out of the classroom.

The second she stepped out the door, the students practically trampled each other in a mad dash toward the library.

They were going to go through hell over the next forty-eight hours.

The meet-and-greet was over.

That afternoon, Charlotte headed back to Kingswood University for her own classes. She had briefly confirmed her teaching schedule with Wallace.

"As for your compensation..." Wallace smiled nervously. "Asclepius, you name the price!"

He was too afraid to make an offer, fearing it might be insulting.

"We can talk about that later." Charlotte brushed it off before adding, "The equipment in the traditional medicine lab isn't up to par. I had someone send over a new batch. Judging by the time, they should be arriving soon."

Watching the two of them walk away, trailed by bodyguards, he didn't dare chase after her.

When Wallace went out to check, his knees practically buckled.

"Did Asclepius send all of this?"

Any single piece of equipment easily cost millions, if not tens of millions of dollars.

Even though The Cabinda University was a prestigious, century-old institution, the medical school didn't possess anything nearly this expensive.
