The Marriage She Turned into War novel Chapter 191

Blair covered her mouth while letting out a snide laugh. Then she looked at Abigail with a feigned apologetic expression. "Oh, my apologies. I must have accidentally spoken the truth. That must've stung, huh?"

But then she added, "No, actually, it probably didn't. After all, you have no self-awareness of just how out of line you've been, do you?"

Abigail's expression grew darker and darker.

However, Blair wasn't done. She launched into a tirade. "Ms. Bardot, you were never fit to be married in the first place because Samuel doesn't even love you. Keeping him by your side like this is nothing more than mutual torment. Do you actually enjoy torturing others like this?"

The more Blair spoke, the angrier she became. Her eyes were blazing with rage as she glared at Abigail with hatred.

At that moment, Tom stormed over with a furious look on his face. He grabbed Blair's arm and gritted his teeth as he growled, "Blair, what nonsense are you spouting now?"

Blair shoved him off with a cold glare. She pointed a trembling finger at Abigail as she cursed, "Abigail, how did someone like you manage to snatch a man as good as Samuel?

"Do you have any idea how badly you've ruined his life? You're utterly despicable! A venomous, heartless woman! I hate you!"

"Blair! Enough!" Tom yelled. His face contorted with frustration, and he yanked her back.

Abigail remained calm as she stared at Blair. "Blair," she said softly, "do you think this is amusing? Samuel is my husband. Even if there's no love between us anymore, it's still none of your business. I'm not going to divorce him. And I suggest you stop wasting your energy on him."

Her tone was firm, with no room for doubt.

Suddenly, Abigail laughed. Her gaze fell on Blair as she smiled and reached out to caress my face. Her fingertips traced my cheek slowly, almost tenderly.

"I think it's quite meaningful," she said with a soft chuckle. "What's wrong? The two of you are so deeply in love with each other, yet I, the legal wife, am somehow the villain for keeping you apart?"

Tom's face twitched. He let out a nervous laugh and quickly turned to Abigail with an apologetic tone. "Abigail, I'm sorry. Blair drank too much. Her tolerance isn't great, so please don't take her words to heart."

"Let me go!" Blair shoved his hand away with force.

Her face was flushed with anger. She pointed at Tom and yelled at him. "Are you even my brother? Why do you always take other's side?"
