"Aye aye, captain!" The man slapped Jonah without hesitation. The inmate on the other side of Jonah swiftly joined the man to slap Jonah too.

Both men were too tired to lift their arms before they could complete 100 slaps. Jonah, on the other hand, was worse off. His face was completely swollen. Someone would have mistaken him as a corpse that had been drowned in water for weeks.

Jonah fainted by the time the slapping was over. One of the men asked respectfully, "Sir, the 100 slaps are over. What should we do with him?"

"Drag him to the bathroom and leave him there." Charlie waved his hand.

"Aye aye, sir!" the man replied. He signaled toward the other man, and both of them carried the unconscious Jonah to the bathroom.

The introductions then continued.

Most of the remaining inmates had been arrested for murder and assault. Almost all of them were gang members in New York, and some were Dean's underlings.

After the inmates had finished introducing themselves, Charlie turned to the man with a broken leg and called out, "You! Your turn."

Charlie looked at Dean and urged, "Come on, boss. Your turn."

"N-No..." Dean stuttered, panicked. "Y-You're the boss."

"Yes!" the inmates replied in unison.

Charlie extended another finger. "Number two, from now on, no one is allowed to tell others outside this cell about me, or I'll make your life a living hell. Do you understand?"

"Yes!" the inmates replied hastily.

Charlie nodded, extended another finger, and continued, "Number three, from now on, you must brush your teeth, take a bath every morning and evening, and all sheets and bedding must be kept clean and fresh! Also, everyone will take turns sweeping the floor and cleaning the toilet once a day! Listen, I say all of you have to clean the floor and the toilet once a day! There are fifteen of you, so you have to clean the place fifteen times a day. Minus the meal time and yard time, you divide the rest of the time into fifteen and distribute the tasks evenly.
