The old man was just one person, but there were so many articles. Surely, he had a few accomplices.

"What should we do next, Mr. Joplin?"

Joplin Group's share price kept dropping. Clearly, the recent incident had an adverse effect on my company. The news was still on the trending topics, and even photos were provided as evidence.

It was worth noting that the poster very thoughtfully blurred out Lorraine's face.

"Look at this, Mr. Joplin."

I rarely attended important events. So, very few people could get a photo of me from the front. Looking at the photo where Lorraine's and my face were pressed together, it was obvious to me that someone deliberately posted it.

Aside from these photos, the poster also uploaded photos from my vacation with the kids. All of these were put up on the internet.

"What should we do about these, Mr. Joplin?"

"Are you asking me?"

Murphy was frozen where he stood when he saw my cold gaze. He didn't even dare to move a muscle.

"You have one day." I tapped my desk and looked at Murphy with a grim expression. "I don't want to see similar news come tomorrow."

"Understood."

The sound of my door closing stood out among the eerie silence in my office.

Jonas was reading the articles while feeling distressed.

"Do you know who did this, Xavier?"

"Who's posting the news about my dad, Jared?" Xavier was a smart boy, and he had spent years at Joplin Group. He had seen and heard the way I negotiated business deals. Naturally, he had picked up a thing or two.

Jared gasped, and his grip on his phone tightened a little. "Where did you see the news?"

"On the internet. Jonas showed me."

Jared immediately put on a stern voice and asked, "Are you two secretly using the laptop? Why didn't your dad find someone to keep an eye on you two? What are you going to do if your vision is affected?"

"Just tell me what I should do, Jared." Xavier was a little anxious and couldn't help but urge Jared.

"He's not going to tell you," Jonas grumbled. He ignored Xavier's disgruntled gaze.

More than ten minutes had come and passed, and Jared still didn't say anything useful. After the call ended, Xavier stood next to Jonas, his eyes filled with disappointment.

"I'm about done, Xavier. Don't worry. We'll be able to help Daddy solve the problem soon." Jonas had just made software and bound all relevant keywords. The moment someone attempted to post a similar piece of news, that person's computer would be invaded by a virus and trigger a complete wipeout.

Jonas clicked the last button. His finger was half as big as the button, but the software he developed was much more complicated than the work of most professional programmers.
