The Great Medical Saint (Matthew) novel Chapter 1050

Lorenzo's face contorted in agony as he screamed. The pain was overwhelming as if millions of nerve endings were simultaneously sending signals of his shattered hand to his brain.

Despite the unbearable pain that nearly made him pass out, his mind remained clear enough to wonder how Matthew could be so powerful.

"W-What level have you reached?" he gasped through the pain. "Have you broken through the body's limits and reached a new realm?"

"Let's talk after you take my punch," Matthew replied coldly. His mind commanded the exoskeleton, and his arm pulled back before launching forward with a whistling sound toward Lorenzo's chest.

Lorenzo's hair stood on end as he desperately tried to block with his injured arm. Then, the sound of breaking bone echoed as Lorenzo's body flew backward about 25 feet, rolling to a stop near the riverbank.

Howling in pain like a wounded animal, Lorenzo scrambled to his feet as Matthew approached. "W-What are you doing? Stop! Don't come any closer!"

"How else can I kill you if I don't come closer?" Matthew's footsteps thundered across the quiet bay of Delisnora, each step echoing like the approach of a massive predator.

Lorenzo screamed in panic, "You can't kill me! I'm from the Connolly family! You must have heard of our status.

"If you kill me, you'll be in serious trouble—the Connolly family won't let you live!"

First, Anthony escaped by jumping into the river, and now Lorenzo. Next time, he would make sure to block the riverbank first.

Suddenly, the roar of the engines caught his attention. Matthew turned to see three cars speeding away, but he decided not to give chase.

The exoskeleton made driving at high speeds dangerous since his thoughts had to go through an extra step to control the vehicle. While he considered removing it, that would take too much time, allowing them to escape entirely.

Nonetheless, Matthew was not worried. Dylan might escape now, but he could not run forever.
