The Girlboss Begs for Remarriage novel Chapter 2602

An eerie laughter rang in the air as the Ghostly Six instantly moved to encircle Haran.

Soon, black smoke unfurled, and a deafening scream resounded.

When the black smoke faded, Haran was found on his knees, his eyes blank as if his soul had been taken away!

"How dare you humiliate my son! You're all going to die!"

Thalos really did not want this fight, but he cared too much for his son to walk away. And now, fueled by rage at his son's death, he threw caution to the wind and charged at the Ghostly Six!

However, the same black smoke unfurled again.

It took longer this time before it faded, but Thalos was a walking dead, just like his son!

The other guests were shocked—like Thalos and Haran, they had only heard legends of the Ghostly Six's infamy and had never really encountered them.

But while they knew the Ghostly Six were deadly, they did not expect them to be this strong!

That was when the Ghostly Six laughed. "What losers!"

Incensed, the guests did not care about reputation at all this time and charged toward the Ghostly Six.

The battle lasted for over two hours. But it was a stalemate, with either side suffering losses.

Beside Frank, Faust gulped. "The guests wouldn't measure up to you, but each of them are valiant heroes. The fact that the sextuplets lasted that long against them really proves their might!"

Frank smiled but said nothing.

Might?

There was no such thing in his perspective!

That was when the Ghostly Six laughed again. "Everyone here are from known factions and clans, but you couldn't even take down the six of us despite your numbers. That said, we've accomplished our goal—not only would your reputation be tarnished, but no one would ever consider you generational talents!"

Faust joined in as well. "Please, you have to help restore our honor!"

Frank smiled but said nothing.

He and Zark were not that close, and he could tell that the Ghostly Six were holding back and simply using the guests as sparring partners.

And since he had never heard about the rumors, he was not going to intervene.

From his point of view, this was a test—and it was acceptable whoever won.

Moreover, how would people see him if he suddenly leapt into the ring to fight?

Even if he did not care about his own reputation, what would he gain from beating the Ghostly Six?

Once he revealed his identity, everyone would just think that it was only natural!
