"No," Juniper replied easily. "Joshua isn't that petty."

Stella lowered her eyelashes. "Then I'll have to trouble you, Miss Croft."

Juniper laughed warmly. "Oh, you don't have to be so formal with me! Honestly, since I started working, it's been rare for me to meet someone I click with as well as you."

She stood up and offered an enthusiastic invitation. "Want me to show you around my greenhouse? I wanted to give you a tour last time, but that annoying cafe owner kept hovering around you, and then Joshua showed up, so it didn't happen. Now we finally have some peace and quiet."
