The Ex-Wife's Burning Elegance novel Chapter 2174

The young shop assistant was visibly thrilled, using the word "gorgeous" three times in a row.

It was obvious she had never seen such a stunningly handsome man in her life.

Juniper Croft's eyes immediately lit up.

Forgetting all about Stella and Leonard, she hurried into the flower shop and pushed open the door to the break room.

"Joshua, I've invited you over so many times, and you finally came!"

Inside the room, a strikingly handsome young man sat on the sofa, flipping through a floral catalog to read about the different blooms.

At the sound of Juniper's voice, he looked up with a faint smile. "I was running some errands nearby and remembered you had a flower shop around here, so I decided to drop by."

He closed the catalog in his hands and asked, "Did you go to that cat cafe you mentioned last time?"

Juniper smiled. "Yeah, the cats there are adorable. I go there every day to play with them.

It's not far from here. Do you want to go check it out with me?"

Speaking of this, she seemed to remember something.

"I almost forgot! The owner of the cafe happens to be here right now.

Come on, I'll introduce you."

The two of them walked out of the room.

When Joshua's figure came into view, Stella froze on the spot.

Even though she had thought of Joshua when Juniper called out his name earlier, she simply hadn't connected the two.

The world was so incredibly big; how could there possibly be such a coincidence?

Juniper laughed brightly. "Ms. Cameron, this is my friend Joshua. You can just call him by his first name.

Joshua, this is the beauty I mentioned to you... What do you think? Gorgeous, right?"

Joshua glanced at Stella, then at Leonard beside her, and raised a meaningful eyebrow.

"What a coincidence."

Leonard's tone was flat. "It certainly is quite the coincidence to run into you here, Mr. Gardner."

The desserts were exquisitely crafted, their beautiful designs featuring colorful embedded petals.

The afternoon tea was also a special floral blend Juniper had prepared herself.

The aroma was rich and incredibly soothing.

Juniper poured four cups of tea.

Her shop didn't just sell bouquets; it also offered an afternoon tea experience.

In her spare time, Juniper loved to bake handmade treats.

Stella picked up a pastry and took a small bite.

The flavor was a perfect balance of sweet and floral, the texture melting flawlessly in her mouth with a lingering aftertaste.

Having a deep understanding of culinary arts herself, Stella knew from a single bite that Juniper was an exceptional baker.

Stella's gaze drifted involuntarily to Joshua, who was sitting across from her.

Ever since he had walked out of that room, he had maintained a polite yet distant demeanor toward her.
