Stella said to Abby, "You take Rhett to my study. I'm going to check on Joshua."
Abby nodded and went to get Rhett.
Stella returned to the bedroom.
Joshua was still asleep.
Stella had intended to wake him, but seeing him sleep so soundly for once, she didn't have the heart.
After a moment's thought, Stella left a note for Joshua and quietly left the room.

Stella waited in the study for a short while before Abby arrived with Rhett.
Seeing him, Stella recognized the man.
She had seen him a few times at the hospital with Leonard Lerman, but she didn't know his name.
After inviting Rhett to sit, Stella asked, "Why have you come all this way to see me, Rhett? What is it about?"
Rhett took several documents out of a file folder. "Mr. Lerman entrusted these share transfer agreements to me," he said to Stella. "You should take a look, Ms. Cameron."
Share transfer agreements?
Abby was confused.
Stella had never mentioned anything about them on the way here.
Then again, with Joshua present, it probably wasn't a good time to bring it up.
Abby took the documents from Rhett and handed them to Stella.
Abby was stunned by Rhett's words.
What was going on? It was one thing for Leonard to give Star shares, but for her to also take over half the Lerman family's power?!
This wasn't just a lucky break; this was a gold mine falling into her lap.
Could someone as stingy as Leonard really make such a grand gesture?
Although Abby didn't know how many shares Leonard was offering, she knew that the power to take over the Lerman family was far more significant than the three percent Aurora Williams held. It had to be a double-digit percentage, at least.
Stella looked at Rhett and suddenly asked, "Did Leonard instruct you to do all this?"
Rhett nodded slightly and produced another document.
"Mr. Lerman also gave me a will. If he does not reappear within a year, the remaining ten percent of his shares will be transferred, with eight percent going to you, Ms. Cameron, and two percent to Miss Simone Lerman."
