Chapter 984 Hand Over Your Commander's Saber
The enforcement team stationed at the Mystic Realm War Games Base stood frozen in shock.
Is the young commander-in-chief of the Dragon Soul Special Forces truly about to issue such an outrageous command?
If he does, this won't be a competition anymore—it will turn into a contest of egos!
This guy is completely out of his mind!
Everyone knew that even if Robin went ahead with this reckless order, it would still be within the rules and no one could criticize him for it.
Cyril was left speechless.
After days of observing the bold and impulsive behavior of this young commander, he had grown accustomed to the chaos he stirred up.
There seemed to be no limits to what Robin would dare to do, no matter how insane it seemed.
Cyril glanced over at the commanders-in-chief of the Maple and Kangaroo Special Forces, who were still unconvinced, and shook his head with a rueful smile.
These two are done for.
Everything he had witnessed so far had proven one undeniable truth: The commander of the Dragon Soul Special Forces always backed up his words.
Those who called him arrogant were simply too far behind to understand.
Cyril had no doubt about it.
The Eastern man standing before him was as powerful as the Young Lord Dragon he had met 20 years ago.
Maybe even stronger.
Stronger than anyone could ever imagine.
"Commander-in-chief Ramsey, you're absolutely right," Robin said, nodding. He pointed to Paul, the commander-in-chief of the Kangaroo Special Forces, and Ced, the commander-in-chief of the Maple Special Forces, before turning back to Cyril. "Mr. Higgins, according to the rules of the Mystic Realm War Games, if I command the Dragon Soul Special Forces to eliminate these two teams in Area Four, it would still be allowed, right?"
Cyril winced. He had been expecting this question.
He shrugged. "Yes, of course. It's within the rules."
"Great!" Robin declared, then turned to the enforcement team. "Please open the public communication channel for the mystic realm."
Without hesitation, the enforcement team followed Robin's command and activated the communication settings.
Before anyone could process what was happening, Robin issued another command. "Dragon Soul Special Forces commander Gavin, listen up! I order you to eliminate the Kangaroo Special Forces and Maple Special Forces from Area Four within five minutes!"
What the hell?!
This isn't a joke!
The commanders in the room weren't just shocked—they were on the brink of losing their minds!
Pierre, standing in the crowd, couldn't help but smirk.
He had completely acknowledged the power of this legendary figure from Dragon Soul.
Ced and Paul, those foolish men, never realized they were provoking someone who can't be crossed by anyone.
Human nature was strange, indeed.
People often tried to make sense of the world's harshness using the twisted logic of the petty and deceitful.
What they didn't understand was that those who schemed evil would ultimately pay the price.
Paul and Simmond, still recovering from the shock, yelled out in anger, "Kid, are you out of your mind? Area Four is pitch dark—you won't even be able to find our teams, let alone destroy them!
"That command will only waste energy, and it might just backfire and destroy you."
Robin smirked coldly.
"The most astonishing aspect of this world is how the impossible can become possible!
The quiet was broken by a sarcastic laugh from Cary, the commander-in-chief of the Sakurania Special Forces.
"Commander-in-chief Ramsey," Cary said, smirking. "Your personal combat skills might be impressive, but being a good commander isn't just about strength. A great team requires more than just some brute force.
"In a place like Area Four, where visibility is nonexistent, just locating the Kangaroo and Maple Special Forces would be a challenge for your Dragon Soul team. How are you going to eliminate them?"
Alexander, the commander of the Tanqueria Special Forces, stroked his thick beard thoughtfully and nodded. "Commander Barber has a point.
"A true commander doesn't make impulsive decisions.
"If you ignore the terrain, the weather, and the harsh conditions, and issue commands recklessly, you're gambling with your team's future and their lives.
"That reflects the traits of an unfit commander.
"Any leader who can't control their emotions will face the consequences of their rash actions."
Robin glanced at his watch and smiled faintly. "Is that so? Well, if Tanqueria Special Forces wants to test Dragon Soul's ability to fight in the dark, I could always add another command: Make your team disappear from Area Four as well."
Alexander shrugged. "Commander-in-chief Ramsey, I'm not interested in getting involved in your games. I'll just sit back and watch."
Paul and Ced sneered, their faces filled with scorn, "Kid, we've just come up with an idea.
"Since the game in Area Four has started, why don't we make a little wager?"
"Betting with me? That's a risky move," Robin replied, snapping his fingers.
"If you lose, you'll have to grovel, apologize to me, and hand over your commander's saber.
"If Dragon Soul fails to eliminate you from Area Four, I'll match your bet to the last detail."
"Pierre!" Robin called, pointing to Pierre, the commander of the Sea Lion Force. "Write down this bet, and have them sign it. Otherwise, keep quiet!"
Ced and Paul laughed. "What's there to worry about? Captain Pierre, take note—we'll sign it!"
