"Bloodshade Fruit!"
Vania stared at the bright red spiritual fruit before her, utterly stunned.
It was the most valuable spiritual fruit in all of the Netheris Domain.
It grew in the Dark Woods and took 10 years to yield a single fruit.
Each Bloodshade Fruit was nurtured by the life essence of no fewer than two distinct exotic beasts, each over a thousand years old.
In the Dark Woods, only the reigning king of exotic beasts held the right to consume or distribute Bloodshade Fruit.
The Bloodshade Fruit not only had the ability to enhance the cultivation of its consumer, but more importantly, it offered a single chance to rebuild the physical body from the ground up.
In the Netheris Domain, only the royal members of the Crownward Syndicate could enjoy such a prized resource.
Every year, the Dark Syndicate poured immense resources into commissioning martial artists ranked Master and above to hunt for exotic beasts and Bloodshade Fruit in the Dark Woods.
Yet 99% of those who entered the Dark Woods never came back.
Among those who did, only one or two would return every few years.
And what they brought back were usually just young exotic beasts.
As for such a prized resource like the Bloodshade Fruit, very few had ever managed to secure one.
In the past 30 years, the Dark Syndicate had acquired only 10.
And yet, Robin had casually pulled out another one!
Who in the world was this man?
On the arena at the peak of Mount Netheris, it wasn't just Vania who was dumbfounded—even the 11 guardians were left in utter disbelief!
This young man in front of them was definitely no ordinary figure!
Mallack pointed at Robin. "You ... hand over that Bloodshade Fruit, and I'll make sure the High Pontiff spares your life!"
"Eat it. Do what you want to do." Robin completely ignored Mallack, signaling the still-stunned Vania to consume the Bloodshade Fruit.
"You can't give it to her!" Hacyon rushed in front of Robin. "Didn't you hear what Master Shuler said? If you give this Bloodshade Fruit to him, you might still have a chance to survive!"
Robin gave Hacyon and the two hideous women flanking her a cold glance. "Destroying your High Pontiff would take no more than a flick of my hand. My life or death is none of his damn business."
The two hideous women immediately drew their daggers. "Watch your mouth! How dare you insult our High Pontiff! Get on your knees now!"
"Get lost!" Robin snapped coldly.
The two women pointed their blades at him. "Our great High Pontiff is a divine being! His Holiness is the eternal god of all the people in Netheris—no one is allowed to insult His Holiness ... "
Smack!
With a single palm strike, Robin sent both women flying. "Idiots like you, trapped in your fanaticism, deserve to be slaves for eternity!
"And you—you should get lost too!" Before Hacyon could even speak, Robin barked coldly.
"If not for your father's sake, I would've crushed you long ago for provoking me again and again. Now scram!"
The sheer force of his bark sent Hacyon stumbling back several steps in fright.
If Arthur hadn't been supporting her, even with her First-rank Master cultivation, Hacyon wouldn't have been able to withstand the pressure radiating from Robin, who had already ascended into the Empyrean Sanctified Realm.
At that moment, the other 10 guardians had already recovered from the impact of Robin's earlier strike.
Without hesitation, they all unleashed their relics.
In the blink of an eye, on the arena at the peak of Mount Netheris, winds howled like spirits, and black clouds pressed low from above.
With 10 of the top 20 relics in Netheris unleashed at once, it was as if 10 colossal beasts had descended upon the mountain.
The oppressive force in the air made it impossible for anyone to even raise their heads. There was only one response—drop to their knees.
"Do you want to kill him or not? If you do, then swallow it!" Robin's voice was cold and sharp. "I don't have time for your hesitation!"
"But ... Mr. Ramsey, I'll end up hurting you ... " Vania's voice trembled. "Mr. Ramsey, I only need your help to kill that bastard Mallack. I ... I really don't dare to take the Bloodshade Fruit ... "
"If you want to kill him, then eat the Bloodshade Fruit. What are you hesitating for? It's not like I'm asking you to marry me." Robin tapped Vania's throat, and with a flick of his finger, he sent the Bloodshade Fruit straight into her mouth.
The Bloodshade Fruit had been infused with ten percent of the Empyrean Sanctar's power.
The moment Vania consumed it, her body trembled violently, nearly bursting apart from within.
