Robin stared at the brutal scene before him, his mind full of questions. 

It was clear–Ryker had been killed.

It was clear now that the Thalrex Order and the forces surrounding it were far from simple. 

Over 20 years ago, the Curnows couple had designed an offensive defense system to fend off extraterrestrial attacks. 

Afterward, they held the first Qacalisle Summit Meeting. 

In the middle of the meeting, the Curnows couple unexpectedly gifted Young Lord Dragon a pair of Emberleaf Fans. 

Young Lord Dragon had, by chance, passed them on to Ambrose’s family. 

On the night before the summit ended, Young Lord Dragon had unexpectedly returned alone to inform Ambrose that the item would be redeemed at a later time. 

Such odd behavior was extremely rare for him. 

Soon after, a series of strange events unfolded. 

Dragon Lord and Young Lord Dragon mysteriously disappeared. 

The super–powerful beings of the World of Darkness entered Dragon Ridge Valley in Harmonfield, Draconia, where they engaged in a fierce battle with Young Lord Dragon.

The Dark Web Intelligence Center had sent a message. 

“Annie joined a subsidiary of the Rivers family from Sakurania. 

“Through her efforts over the past few days, it has been confirmed that the missing surveillance footage from the Dragon Manor massacre is indeed hidden in a secret chamber of one of the companies under the Rivers family’s control. 

“As for which company, that’s still unknown.” 

Robin gave a cold, mocking smile. He would start with Sakurania. 

By obtaining the surveillance footage from the Rivers family, he could expose everyone involved in the 

massacre. 

After a moment of contemplation, Robin sent out a message. 

“Where is Old Fred? I need him to answer a question.” 

The Dark Web Intelligence Center responded immediately. 

“Old Fred lost contact a week ago. We have been unable to reach him.”

There was another question lingering in Robin’s mind–how had Annie acquired martial skills in just over 

two months? 

So, Robin sent a message directly to Sophie’s intelligence center, 

Sophie replied almost instantly, 

“Annie was revived, but her mind and actions cannot fully return to normal. Therefore, a new experimental drug was used. 

“This drug was originally developed to create a biological agent for super–powered assassins. It’s the latest product of the Dark Web’s biological research lab. 

“There have already been four successful cases, and Old Fred personally arranged for them to be placed near you for protection. 

“Their combat abilities are nearly at the peak of a normal warrior’s strength. 

“Now, this drug has been applied to Annie. 

“From a health perspective, it’s been extremely successful. 

“After her suicide attempt, Annie had lost all normal human functions. 

“Conventional medical treatments couldn’t restore her to full health. 

“But after using this drug, she returned to normal, with no side effects. 

“However, her combat skills are still to be observed.” 

After reading this, Robin finally understood how Annie had suddenly acquired martial abilities. 

At that moment, the blue–clad guards‘ vehicle arrived. 

Five minutes later, Robin was standing in front of the L1 War Game Base once again. 

Cyril and all the Star Troopers were still waiting for his return. 

“Commander–in–chief Ramsey …” Cyril said grimly as he looked at Robin, “I need to speak with you.” 

From his expression, it was clear that Cyril knew about Ryker’s assassination. 

Robin and Cyril stepped across the street from the L1 Mystic Realm. 

Cyril took a deep breath.

“After that, the entire world agreed to never speak of it again, including the higgher–ups in Draconia. 

Robin sneered coldly. “No wonder!”

Robin furrowed his brow. “What do you mean?” 

Cyril leaned in a little, casting a cautious glance around before whispering, “What I mean is, the superweapon control button you possess, General Ramsey, can actually control that world–ending superweapon system. 

“Although no one knows where the launch base of that superweapon is hidden, once you activate the launch device, you can destroy anyone you choose. 

“With that control device, all the strongest forces or most powerful nations in the world would bow down to you! 

“Otherwise, you could simply annihilate any force that dares to challenge you!”
