I was brought back to the present by the senstion of my bones re-breaking and forming back into my human self, and heard my grandfather say from beside me, "Pull yourself together boy, I know it's hard, I know your cold, but think of her. You're almost there."
A minute later, I was lying naked on the snow covered floor, breathing deeply, trying to concentrate on the sensation of holding on to a warm, loving Krystal. She was the only thing that helped fight off my wolf in this cold. I had to keep fighting this. It was torture, having your bones break and re-breaking, the pain and frustration made me want to give up. But I could't. She was my life, my breath, my everything. I had to fight for her. Because if I didn't, Dom would win. And I could't let that happen.

My mind came back to the actual present, of running through the tunnels beneath Dom's estate. My father, grandfather and I had spent the past few weeks training myself to fight the cold, but man, it was freezing down here, but I continued to run, knowing it was the only route to save Krystal.
Most of my wolves had joined me in the tunnel by this time, and ran right behind me, my father, grandfather, my Gamma Brett, my gaurds, Jack and Jake, one of my best trackers, Lucas. The rest of my pack was following close behind.
There was absolutely no light within these tunnels, which wasn't a big deal, since we all could see perfectly at night. The walls were covered in slime, that must have accumulated over the many years, and the floors were made of cobblestone, which had to be over a hundred years old.
I never realized there were any tunnels under the town, so I couldn't even imagine where they would lead to. We had been running for what seemed like a mile, Dom couldn't be that far ahead of us, Krytal was only gone from my mind link for a few minutes before I barged into the house looking for her.
The smell of salt water and low tide flooded my sences. We must be coming out near the Trenton Bay. There were docks at the bay, maybe Dom was holding her up at his boat, I was sure he had one.
Sure enough, within a few minutes we all piled out of a large drain pipe, and landed on a stort stretch of sandy beach, the docks above us. I quickly jumped onto one of the ladders leading up to the dock, knowing Krystal must be kept captive on one of these boats. My pack followed behind, most climbing the stairs at a slow pace, since they were in their wolf forms.
The only humans amoung us, we my father and grandther, and myself, who all being Alpha's had grown strong enough to fight our wolves in the winters bone chilling coldness.
I looked around, sniffing the air to try and catch onto Krystal's scent, when from about a mile down the docks I caught the smell of summertime and flowers. I tried linking her through our mink link, but I couldn't it was like there was something blocking me from contacting her.
I starying running toawrds her scent, ready to kill anyone and anthing that stood in my way of getting her back to me...
I woke up to a rocking sensation.
Back and forth, back and forth, back and forth.
Dom Larson was one of the richest kids in Trenton. His family definitely had a boat. I knew because I'd always hear about the crazy partys he'd throw and how Mia always wanted to go.
I never did. He was a jerk. Why would I have wanted to go to his parties? Why did I even bother giving him a chance?
I realized if we were still docked I had a chance at escaping, but I had to hurry.
Travis said I should be turning at the next full moon... which was tonight.
I looked out the porthole, and from what I could see it was dark outside but there seemed to be a glowing sky, making me think the full moon was on display in the heavens.
Travis marked me. I had Alpha blood. That meant I was strong. I had to be srong enough to break through these rope binds. At least I hoped I'd be strong enough.
I started to twist my wrists around. I stretched with all my might. Dom had tied the rope as tight as he could. I could feel it ripping my skin, causing blood to drip from the burns.
