Yvette's joy was contagious, and Wilson couldn't help but feel happy too. His lips curved in a gentle smile as his captivating eyes settled on Yvette. His tender, affectionate gaze made her heart skip a beat.
Her eyes met his, and she pressed her lips together, feeling a flutter in her chest.
It had only been a few days since she left Jubilife, but she was already missing him. That womanizer sure knew how to be charming!
Wilson's smirk widened as her captivating fox-like eyes held his gaze.
"Baby, you're staring at me. Are you missing me?"
She nodded honestly, her ears flushing slightly.
"You're such a sweet thing." Wilson was taken aback by Yvette's straightforward admission. His smile grew even wider, and it was evident he was pleased. "I miss my baby too."
He wished he could fly to Yenosha in that instant.
As she met his passionate and intense gaze, her ears grew even hotter. Just then, she heard a noise coming from outside the room.
Her eyes flickered, and she spoke softly. "I'm tired. I want to rest."
It was already late at night in Yenosha. Although Wilson was reluctant to hang up, he didn't want to disturb her rest.
"Okay, baby. Sleep tight." His deep, husky voice sent shivers down her spine as he spoke slowly.
After ending the call, Yvette put her phone away and resumed her usual aloof demeanor. "Come in."
With her permission, Miguel entered.
"What is it?"
"This is just the beginning. Tomorrow, let's have fun at the largest casino in Yenosha."
She had only bombed one of Shadow Alliance's arms factories, causing them to lose mere billions. But Shadow Alliance had once caused her to lose hundreds of billions. She nearly lost everything!
"Ms. Murray, you're not planning to bomb Shadow Alliance's casino, are you?" Miguel's voice was laced with terror.
Yvette nodded lazily. "Yes, I'm going to piss off that old bastard at Shadow Alliance!"
"No, Ms. Murray, this is too dangerous. Shadow Alliance will be on high alert this time. If Mr. Philip and the others find out, they'll be worried sick about you—"
But before Miguel could finish, Yvette cut him off with a calm tone. "If you don't say anything, they'll never find out."
His expression grew even more anxious. "But, Ms. Murray..."
