Spoiled by the Silver Fox novel Chapter 786

"Wow, Silver Fox really spoils you! He's never even given me a gift card for the salon..."

"You're still young, you don't need all that pampering yet! Seb is just making sure I don't get bored over the weekend since you're busy with your acting gigs. It's not just the salon card; he got me a gym membership for two years and a bunch of personal training sessions too."

"No wonder, Mom, you've been looking so radiant lately. Your skin is glowing, your figure is more toned, and you've got this whole new vibe. Is it all thanks to Silver Fox?"

"Absolutely, Seb's such a sweetheart."

Stephanie pouted, "Does that mean I'm not doting on you? I just gave you a shoulder rub!"

"You're all talk and no action..."

"Mom, if you keep this up, I'm going to get jealous!"

Marilyn couldn't help but burst into laughter. "Oh, come on now... I'm just basking in your spotlight!"

"Hmm, no wonder you favor Silver Fox over me. He's been secretly buttering you up!"

"If Seb didn't care about you, would he be so sweet to your mom? He's always getting Martin to drop off these ready-to-eat bird's nest soups for me, so I don't have to lift a finger. I just enjoy them for breakfast."

"Geez... Silver Fox has never been that good to me..."

"Be grateful!" Marilyn chuckled. "Steph, you just keep working hard. Remember to repay Seb for all his kindness to me, and to you. I haven't been of much use in this life, aside from getting my job done and whipping up some homemade meals for him."

Kevin Temple smiled, "I was wondering if you're free for lunch. I'd like to treat you and discuss some work matters."

Stephanie could tell this seemingly mild-mannered man was quite savvy.

If it were just a casual lunch invitation, she guessed her mother would most likely decline. But once work was mentioned, her mother would consider it.

Sure enough, Marilyn hesitated, "Is it about last quarter's sales figures?"

Kevin nodded, "Exactly. Is Director Bishop available?"

Marilyn glanced at Stephanie, who quickly interjected, "Yes, yes, she's available..."
