It's all up to Stephanie now.
The people she personally taught... their dream was something they accomplished together.
As if she never left or abandoned the dream they had together.
Not because she gave up on her for a guy... but because of this out-of-the-blue kid named Emily.
An autistic child... Gracie got all choked up in her heart just thinking about it.
Did she leave without a trace back then... because of this child?
Stephanie was already stunned at the moment.
This outcome was just way too unexpected.
Gracie had some guts!
For a moment, she didn't know whether to be happy or dumbfounded...
She accidentally stole one of Cyrus's people... and make Silver Fox pay for the breach of contract? Who knew how much that would cost?
Would he be okay with it?
She said she didn't rely on connections and grew stronger by herself... but it seemed every step she took was dependent on Silver Fox!
Stephanie felt like she could never say those "do everything on my own" kind of words again.
While she was despising herself, Gracie stood up and said, "I have other matters to attend to, so I'll be leaving first. Here are my business cards, take two of them. You know what to do, right?"
One for her teacher?
And one for Silver Fox?
Stephanie nodded blankly and said, "Alright... but Ms. Gracie, do you really want to be my assistant?"
Martin smiled faintly and asked, "So, may I ask... what's the result?"
"Gracie said that as long as Silver Fox is willing to compensate for the breach of contract with the Damon family, she'll only be Gillian’s and my assistant from now on!"
Martin's eyes lit up and he said, "Ms. Bishop, are you sure that's what Gracie said?"
"Yes, she even gave me her business card... but Martin, will this cost Silver Fox a lot of money if he agrees?"
Martin chuckled and said, "So, Ms. Bishop, do you plan to talk to the president about this yourself, or should I do it?"
Stephanie smiled bitterly, "I feel like I'm causing Silver Fox more trouble again."
"Ms. Bishop, don't worry, the president would be more than happy to have this kind of trouble."
"What do you mean?"
