“I’ll talk to Zachary to get him to contact the Bucham family for them to arrange someone to tail Madam Fisher. Their people are skilled at remaining undetected. They are more suitable than our men for the job.”

If Belinda were going to meet Tiara’s assistant, she would be alert about someone following her.

The usual detectives or bodyguards would be easily discovered and exposed if they were to tail her.

If Belinda noticed, she would suspect that Caroline had leaked her schedule.

She had only told Caroline about it.

“Mm, you should inform Zachary about it as soon as possible. I’ll pretend I don’t know a thing. I won’t send anyone to tail Madam Fisher on my end.

“You’re right, Liberty. We should act as if we’re clueless.

“This might be a test for Caroline. Even if Caroline is her daughter, she might not trust her completely.”

Audrey suspected that Belinda was testing Caroline.

“Since Caroline only told you and no one else, she’ll be safe,” Audrey assured.

“Even a vicious tiger would not eat its cubs. Belinda only has one daughter. No matter how evil she is, she won’t take Caroline’s life. She’ll delay Caroline’s succession at most.

“That’s why our people should not make a move,” said Audrey.

“We may have someone keeping an eye on Madam Fisher, but she must’ve assigned her men to observe us as well.”

Liberty said resignedly, “Duncan is more reluctant to leave compared to Sonny.”

Sonny still remembered that he had school the next day. On the other hand, Duncan did not care about Lewis & Co. not having its boss around. He simply wanted to be with Liberty.

Audrey smiled. “Let him stay with you and have the bodyguards take Sonny back then.”

“Duncan will worry. I told him that Sonny’s winter vacation is starting soon and that I’ll be back by then. We’ll be able to see each other daily then.”

Audrey laughed out loud. Liberty blushed.

“I’m going to help Sonny pack his stuff, Aunt Audrey. Caroline bought him toys and clothes when we met for lunch. He has too many toys now.”

There was almost no more space available for Sonny’s toys.

Sonny could not even play with that many toys.
