Rich Radiant and Over Him (Alicia and Vincent) novel Chapter 461

Alicia Shelton looked at Tyrone Lynch, her heart aching as she squeezed his hand tight.

For a fleeting moment, she felt a strange gratitude toward the old patriarch. Years ago, when everyone else wanted to write Tyrone off as unstable, it was the old man who silenced the rumors, shielded his grandson from the gossip, and invested his hopes in him. Thanks to that unwavering support, Tyrone found his place in the Lynch Corporation and, in time, took the reins.

Tyrone stared blankly at Alicia, taking a long moment before finally nodding.

He’d never suspected that someone was behind his own episodes of losing control, but he had investigated his mother’s madness. It was highly likely someone had drugged her, driving her over the edge.

“Tyrone, whether it’s the White family or the Lynch family, you’ve both been targeted for a long time,” Alicia’s voice trembled. “Someone has been pulling the strings, trying to destroy both families.”

The White family—Reginald’s only legitimate son and daughter-in-law murdered, the sole granddaughter lost and unaccounted for. The old patriarch barely survived an attempt on his life by his own illegitimate son, and the family fortune nearly fell into the hands of imposters.

The Lynch family fared little better—Marcus Lynch, reckless and weak, gambled away the inheritance, risked the corporation's future, and eventually drove his wife insane. She died in the throes of her illness. Fearing financial ruin would drag him down as well, Marcus signed away all rights to the Lynch estate and vanished without a trace.

If not for Maddox Lynch’s iron-fisted leadership in his youth, and Tyrone’s determination later on, the Lynch family would probably have disappeared from Harboridge City long ago.

Whoever orchestrated this chaos, they knew both families inside and out—their every weakness, every move.

It could only mean one thing: this was no stranger. Whoever it was, they were someone close. Someone they all knew.

But who?

“The truth always comes out in the end.” Alicia squeezed Tyrone’s hand. “Don’t blame yourself. Anything you did that wasn’t truly your choice, that was never your fault.”

Alicia understood—Tyrone had never really struggled to forgive Sean Quinn. What he couldn’t forgive was himself.
