With that thought, she didn't bother with them any longer and walked straight into Harrison's office.
Harrison must have heard the commotion outside and was about to come out, so Anastasia bumped right into him at the doorway.
He steadied her by the arms. “Slow down. What’s the rush?”
Ignoring Timothy and Naomi behind them, Anastasia wrapped her arms around his waist and said playfully, “I just wanted to see you sooner.”
Harrison’s lips curved into a smile. “Didn’t we just see each other?”
“I miss you even if it’s only been a few minutes!”
Behind them, both Timothy and Naomi’s smiles vanished.
But Anastasia didn't care. She pulled Harrison into the office and shut the door behind them.
Harrison let her do as she pleased, acting as if he hadn't seen the two people outside at all.
Naomi bit her lip, aggrieved, and looked at the man beside her. “Timothy…”
Timothy smiled, a handsome expression that nonetheless carried a chilling coldness.
“Let’s take it slow,” he said softly. “It’s never easy to get something that doesn't belong to you.”
Inside the office.
Anastasia asked with concern, “Hubby, have you found out who stole the information?”
“We have.”
She immediately asked, “Who was it?”
Harrison gave her two names, both high-ranking employees within the Lancaster Group.
But Anastasia wasn’t satisfied. “Was there anyone else?”
She paused, then added, “If someone stole company secrets, there must be someone behind it. Weren't you able to find out who?”
