Someone in the crowd murmured in surprise, "Isn't that Mr. Green and his daughter? What are they doing here?"

Following Queena's cue, Mr. and Mrs. Green's eyes fell upon Anastasia. After a moment, Mr. Green scowled in disgust. "Yes, that's her!"

As they recognized Anastasia, a distant memory surfaced in her own mind—she had seen this family before. When she was in middle school, Mr. and Mrs. Green had brought their daughter to Fairhaven seeking treatment, and she had been involved in the case.

"You should remember us, shouldn't you?" Mr. Green said with a hostile expression. "After all, my daughter almost died at your hands!"

His words caused an immediate uproar. Someone asked, "Mr. Green, what happened?"

Mr. Green began his tale. "Several years ago, my daughter Martha fell gravely ill. We took her everywhere for treatment and finally ended up in Fairhaven. We consulted many doctors, but none could help."

"And that's when Anastasia approached us, claiming she could cure Martha's illness!"

"How old was she then? A middle schooler! We initially refused to let her treat our daughter, but we heard her mother was a legendary doctor, and she swore to us that she could cure Martha. So, we let her try."

"But we never imagined that decision would nearly kill our daughter! Anastasia had no medical training whatsoever! She was just using my daughter as a guinea pig to make a name for herself!"

Recounting this, both Mr. and Mrs. Green were filled with rage.

"Martha took her medicine and went into shock multiple times. We almost couldn't save her! If Queena hadn't stepped in at that critical moment, my daughter would have died because of her!"

Bruno's certainty wavered, but his faith in Anastasia remained. He turned to her and asked, "Anastasia, what really happened back then?"

Anastasia withdrew her gaze from the Greens.
