The heat in her cheeks refused to subside.

Harrison, however, was completely composed. He greeted the older women calmly before leading her toward the dining room.

"You did that on purpose…!" Anastasia whispered, her suspicion well-founded.

Harrison chuckled softly, their fingers intertwined, as he looked down at her. "Did what on purpose?"

Anastasia was speechless. How could she possibly say it out loud?

Blushing, she just said, "I just know you did it on purpose!"

His voice, laced with amusement, was smooth. "Whatever Ana says."

His tone was thick with affection.

Watching them walk away, Emily and Debby exchanged a look and couldn't help but smile.

"Who ever said our Harrison wouldn't find his soulmate? He certainly has now."

Lady also beamed with satisfaction. "Ana is a wonderful girl. Who could meet her and not love her? Harrison is very lucky to have found her."

Emily winked mischievously. "They've been married for about six months now, haven't they? With the young couple so affectionate, I wonder when Marina will get to hold a grandchild."

Lady shook her head, smiling. "I'm afraid that might be a couple of years away. From what I can tell, Harrison doesn't want to interfere with Ana's studies. Besides, Ana is still very young—practically a child herself. We can wait. There's no rush."

Before, she had been anxious, but that was when she thought Harrison didn't have long to live and was desperate for him to leave behind an heir.

"He was, but I guess his injuries weren't that serious, because he refused to stay and insisted on going home—" Emily pursed her lips. "He certainly put on a good show last night. Anyone would have thought he was on death's door!"

Debby sighed and continued the explanation for Anastasia. "I heard he was making a scene about going home, but on the way, his car was hit. Now his injuries are actually severe. He's in the ICU, and they're fighting to save him."

"Crystal and Simon were injured too. Simon had rushed out last night to see him. All three of them were in the car, and all were hurt. Lennon is the most critical, Simon is relatively okay, and we don't have clear details on Crystal, but her injuries are apparently serious, though not life-threatening."

"Susan, on the other hand, rushed to the airport last night to pick up Ryan, so she wasn't involved."
