“He seems fine now, so he must not have, but who is that woman? Why would she poison him?”

The Brennans were furious. They had always treated Penny well.

“You tried to harm my father! How could you be so vile? Did the Brennan family ever wrong you?” Murray demanded, his voice trembling with rage.
